I would not recommend this firm. When the client has to do follow up calls to receive his payout this is not the firm who has your best interest. For example my payout is being held because of outstanding medical bill this bill has been sitting in Electronic medical record file for 3 weeks just sitting there?????? These bills should have been followed up with the attorney throughout this 3 year process Attorney Patricia decides to wait until payout to rectify these issues.

Getting hit by a car while driving a motorcycle was one of the scariest and most traumatic experiences of my life. I recently concluded a lawsuit with the Davis, Saperstein & Salomon Law Group, and I can say I was very pleased with the results. My attorney, Adam B. Lederman Esq. was extremely thorough, driven, and determined. Adam persevered because he felt I was deserving of compensation due to my injuries. As I had found throughout the process, (of which was my first lawsuit against anyone) the defendant company made it very difficult in cooperating with my attorney and kept evading them in any possible manner. Steven Benvenisti is an excellent attorney! When I had my accident I went through few attorneys that were very unprofessional and wouldn't even return phone calls. One day I found this law firm and called Mr. Benevenisti directly. Everything after that changed. Like Mr. Benvenisti predicted the others attorneys did absolutely nothing in my case. This law firm does not forces clients to take the deal. If it necessary they will go to court to fight for you. I also wanted to thank Mr. Benvensti assistant since she was wonderful as well.

It's just as important to know when you do NOT have a case rather than having an ambulance chaser have you chasing your tail.
I had a very short, informative talk (free of course) with one of their lawyers, Kate, who told me that my case was really too small to pursue.
I appreciate honesty more than almost anything.
The receptionists were very pleasant to deal with and there was no wait to speak with someone.
Of course I hope I never have a bigger case, but if I do, they get my business.

In 2013 I slipped on ice walking on a sidewalk in front of an apartment building on my way to work. I broke my ankle in three places and dislocated my foot. I had to have two surgeries and could not walk for four months. I lost my job and it was the most miserable experience of my entire life. Don't ever get sued and if possible avoid any circumstances in which you need to sue someone... But if you find yourself in a situation where you need to, these are the guys you want on your side.
