Dr. Venetia Laganis and her team have extensive training in making your child's visit to the dentist a positive one. We educate our patients about accurate brushing and flossing techniques and the importance of routine dental check-ups. We believe early education prepares kids for a lifetime of excellent dental health!
We also offer sealants, SDF (Silver Diamine Fluoride), hospital care, in-office sedation, fluoride treatments, and tooth-colored fillings. While we understand some children are apprehensive about visiting the dentist, we have designed a unique environment that will make your child's time with us a fun and rewarding experience.

Services
We try our best to accommodate our patients as much as possible when scheduling appointments. We have found that children with extensive dental work or preschool children are better to be seen early in the morning when they are fresher and can have a more positive experience. Some appointments may require the child to miss some school; however, these are considered excused absences.
Your child's treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Payment is expected at the time treatment is rendered, unless special arrangements have been made prior to the appointment. Additionally, we will submit all insurance claims for you for your convenience.
Love Dr. Laganis and her staff! They are amazing with all three of my kids! Especially with my daughter who has special needs and gets very nervous, they walk her through everything they are going to do before hand and make her feel more comfortable. Love this dental office! Great experience and my kids loved the prize box and putting their stickers on the no cavity board!
Along with the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, we recommend that a child's first dental visit be scheduled by his/her 1st birthday. It is very important to make the first visit as positive and enjoyable for the child as possible. We want your child to enjoy getting to know our team and be comfortable at all times!
Throughout your life, you will have two sets of teeth: primary (baby) teeth and secondary (permanent) teeth. The primary teeth appear around ages 6-8 months, and all 20 are in place by age 3. Permanent teeth will begin to grow around age 6, and with the exception of wisdom teeth, are all present between ages 12 and 14.

This was my daughters first experience at a pediatric dentist after having a difficult time at another dentist office. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The dental assistant was patient and introduced each tool slowly and calmly. Dr. Laganis was very easy to talk to and work with - she worked at a good pace both to get things done quickly but not too quickly to be overwhelming for my daughter. Overall a very pleasant first experience!

Dr. Laganis and her entire team are spectacular! My son has severe dental anxiety from previous dental issues. We came as a new patient to Dr. Laganis this summer and she has totally eased all of his anxiety and successfully done the procedures he has needed. I would highly, highly recommend her and her team!
