From routine cleanings and fillings to bruxism devices, Auburn Dental Center is equipped to handle all your dental needs. Your initial oral examination includes a visual examination, charting, periodontal probing, diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
We will also take x-rays, which includes the panoramic x-ray for proper diagnosis of the anterior (front) and posterior (back) teeth as well as the bite-wing x-ray series for proper diagnosis of proximal decay of posterior teeth.Crowns are synthetic caps, usually made of a material like porcelain, placed on the top of a tooth.

Dr. William M Herr is the oldest of ten children. He graduated high school as a valedictorian and was student body president for both his high school and college. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Fresno State University. After owning and operating several successful businesses, he decided to go back to school to further his education.

We had a GREAT time taking care of all our families that received care on this day. We appreciate everyone on our staff for donating thier time to make this happen every year. We went to Hinman again in 2013 to complete our Coninuing Education for the year. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express downtown and spent an evening together at Durango Steak House.

The hygienist was not very friendly. A bit unprofessional as she did not even say what her name was. She took my xrays and had to retake them because she said the equipment was old and not working. I have had quite alot of dental work in this office and the staff is fine but would not recommend the hygienist. I wish they had more than one to choose from. Dr Her and staff are good but not sure I will go back there for cleaning.

Dr. Herr and the entire staff are very friendly and professional. From the moment I arrived at their offices they made me feel very comfortable. The procedures were pain free and everything was explained in detail. I believe Dr. Herr goes far and beyond in the treatment. I feel very confident entrusting him with my family as well.

I have nothing but great things to continue to say about Auburn Dental. They arose to the occasion once again for me today. I accidentally broke my bridge across the front of my mouth. I had to see them on an emergency. They went beyond the call of duty to assist me. They were able to assist me two hours later without me having to schedule an appointment. The staff is amazing and they took care of my need immediately without any excuses. My new bridge will arrive within 3 weeks and I’m so excited. Dr Herr and his team are awesome. They are genuinely cared and concerned with your care. Dr explains in detail your test results and what your options are. And when checking out they are very friendly and courteous. They break down the bill so you can see what you were charged for. Then set up a follow up if warranted. They will call you within 48 hrs to see how you are doing. I highly recommend Auburn dental to anyone that needs a dentist and anyone wants to have a family dentist.
