If you need someone to go to battle for you, this law firm is the right place. My lawyer kept me updated and didn't stop when it was tough. Got into a car accident that wasn’t my fault and called Sam while in the hospital. Talk to Sam Bernstein himself the same day and knew I was in good hands. My attorney Alexander Waldman was great. He was so professional, always kept me updated, and was just an all around amazing person. Calling Sam was the best decision I made.

Very good and caring people that work at this Law Firm. They treat you like your family and not just a client. Even when we were waiting to see what was going on with our case they would call just to see how we were doing and ask for an update on how our son was progressing. The lady that called me was very rude. Said the office will not even review a case someone else did. And said in a fake tone I'm sorry for your loss and said it a few times which is very fake. Then turned around and said well its been almost a year why are you contacting someone now? Just so rude and why NOT look into a case

The accident was bad enough but having to deal with a law firm who claims to treat you like family but the associate in charge of your case(Not Sam)does not care about you, your injury or your loss and let's you know it. Having these guys as lawyers is far worse that the accident itself. It started with a call from Sam followed by a gift box so it gave me hope and the illusion of being taken care of out of the gate. The associate and support person I got assigned to were not professional or compassionate. What a racket.

I was taken care of from start to finish. I called the law firm in December 2018, almost 3 years after my accident. I thought staff would laugh in my face for waiting so long (I had no intention of suing until I found out insurance was getting involved and had to defend myself), but I spoke to a secretary who took my story and she right away connected me to sam Bernstein and my lawyer, Leonard Miller.

I did receive a call from Mr. Sam Bernstein and that did make me feel I was important to the firm. Although the total process was slower than expected in the end the results were great. I only feel that at the beginning there were large gaps between communications, and felt I was pasted between staff members. All of the support staff were very helpful and caring although one of the secretaries was very rude! I would recommend The Sam Bernstein law firm as they did everything that they set out to do.

I cannot express how disappointed I was with The Sam Bernstein Law Firm. They "represented" me, and I use that term loosely, for my personal injury case. When I called the office Sam answered the phone, I explained my case to him and he told me he would take care of me. The lawyer assigned to my case did a terrible job. While my case was ongoing, I called the office to talk to him and Sam answered, I questioned him about the competency of my attorney; and Sam,assured me he was the best one for my case. This place is like a lawyer mill! Seek a different practice if you're in need of an attorney who won't treat you like your on the other side and who will really work for you. These guys act like they can't get witnesses together, facts straight, nothing! After having the case for several years they are now trying to accept a very low offer. Very disappointed in this practice and would never recommend them to anyone!!

Upon speaking with a clerk regarding a possible malpractice claim, a lawyer from this office returned my call the next morning. She stated what she was able to make out from the answers provided to the clerk the day before, and asked me what had happened. I was able to get one sentence in that ended with punctuation. This woman would not let me speak. She treated the call as if though I were the defendant on the stand. I was attempting to give her the information leading to my calling her firm as to not waste my time or hers/theirs if there is not a claim.

I worked at a camera store where Bernstein's photographer would bring in processing. If it wasn't back in time, even though he chose the cheapest processing, he would get angry and tell us " this is Sam's Bernsteins's prints for court." It's that kind of ambulance chasing arrogance that gives attorneys a bad name. Too bad the Tigers couldn't find a better sponsor.
