After falling in love with the perfect diamond at Oster's, my husband had my engagement ring custom made a few years ago now. Their team was extremely helpful in creating a custom ring for us. We went in the other day to look around and they cleaned my ring which took about less then 10 minutes and they were gracious enough to not charge us, not only for the ring we bought, but two others I had on as well! I want to thank Chris Duncan and Jeremy Oster for their excellent customer service in purchasing a Bremont Argonaut. Chris went out of his way to answer my questions and dealt with my indecisiveness in purchasing my first fine luxury wristwatch. I never felt pressure from Chris or Jeremy and they were genuine and kind each time I visited the shop. Came across Oster as my local Audemars dealer looking for a Royal Oak Offshore watch. Trevor was informative and educated me on some of the features of the watch. The watch was new for 2017 and super hard to get. I could have purchased at a boutique in Vegas or another dealer in Dallas. Both locations didn't take me serious in what I was looking for. Oster didn't "pre-qualify" and treated me like a serious buyer. I decided to wait as I placed a deposit for a watch with a unknown delivery time. It took 5 months and I feel it was worth the wait. I didn't have a great experience here. I felt ripped off and deceived - even though the dollar amount of the dispute was small relative to the purchase price ($50 on some $3500 total), it left a sour taste in my mouth.
Not only that, my product was delivered in less than perfect condition - missing some of the items that should been included with the watch, such as the polishing cloth with the case. Unclear why it was missing.
Overall, not a top notch experience. I'm sure there's better.

My (now) husband went to Oster Jewelers to look for an engagement ring and ended up purchasing a gorgeous Sebastien Barier ring. Once we were engaged, we went back into Oster to look at different wedding band options. The metal of my engagement ring is curved around the center diamond, but I did not want a wedding band that curved around the engagement ring. Nancy was incredibly helpful about finding the right band that complimented the engagement ring, but worn alone was still a beautiful piece. As I began to explore the world of high-end watches, I started with the big mall chain stores and other similar businesses - what a mistake! I ended up finding Oster through the Audemars Piguet website, and when I visited the store, I was overwhelmed by the selection of truly wonderful timepieces and jewelry. I've since purchased various Hublot and AP timepieces from the store, and my fiancé has found (to my chagrin) many different rings / earrings / necklaces. They have excellent watches for nearly every budget (keep in mind these are all very high quality mechanical watches). The owner Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable about watches and the watch industry and is great at imparting his knowledge to others. I shopped extensively in the Denver area when looking for a wedding ring for my (now) wife. Oster is a step above, in customer service, professionalism and quality of their products and workmanship. Nancy was extremely helpful in the longer-than-usual process of selecting the Right Ring-- my wife loves it! I came back months later and had a similarly outstanding experience while selecting a wedding band for myself. Price is on the upper end of competitive, though certainly worth it.

My husband went to Oster to find a 40th birthday present for me & was willing to spend quite a bit of money. He purchased a gorgeous necklace & drop earrings for me; however, given the price, they were not everyday wear pieces. Had a sterling silver ring (with a diamond in the inside of the band) that needed to be downsized.
greeted promptly and staff was knowledgeable about how to size my ring accordingly.
did take a little long to get my ring back (just over a week i believe) so i am not sure where my ring was sent to be serviced.
ring came back perfectly sized and even polished. diamond still intact. workmanship was welldone and flawless. i couldnt tell where they had done any work.
however, not sure what they used to clean/polish my ring, but when i started wearing it, the area under the ring turned green/blue
