We are committed to providing our community with excellent, efficient, and affordable health care. We understand the time and money patients spend on ER visits, and the difficulties patients experience in scheduling appointments with their providers for urgent health related issues. The need for emergent care in a clinic setting has evolved over the recent years which has motivated us to provide most of such services.
At OMS Urgent Care we offer simple services like physicals. This is one of our most rewarding exams geared to ensure and promote wellness in the lives of our patients. Physicals are essential whether it be for general health or examination of health and physical abilities. Each patient should have an annual physical, as identifying issues early can prevent the onset of future illnesses and ensuring your well-being is important.
DOT Physicals is required for drivers who wish to operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV). Drivers will undergo various examination to ensure their physical condition is well enough to drive a commercial vehicle safety though the long stressful drives. We are committed to providing our community with excellent, efficient, and affordable health care.
Screening of injuries (falls, joint and body part pains) Our Onsite X-Rays are on target, in identifying the appropriate orthopedic care (splinting to secure the area, prevent further injury, arranging follow-up care and referrals). The cost charged at an immediate care clinic is generally less than a cost charged at a hospital ER.

Very disappointing. I’ve been sick for several days, and wanted to be tested not just for Covid, but also strep and flu. They accepted my appointment, even though the doctor wasn’t actually there. All they could offer was a $30 Covid test, with insurance. I ended up driving 2 blocks away for that, for free. I really wish they had told me my options were so limited, because the doctor wasn’t there. I’m also not sure why they accepted my appointment request to begin with. A free Covid test would have also been nice, since those are so readily available now (and absolutely should be free)

I’ve gone here twice now for COVID tests and recommended it to my fiancé, who also visited them for a test. Staff is efficient and friendly. Given the high demand for tests these days, you should plan to be in line for at least 1-1 1/2 hours (sometimes longer). But it’s better than waiting for 3-5 at the free testing site down the road. The staff is upfront about costs (which is $30 w/ insurance and I think $90-$100 w/o) and how to receive your results. The rapid test is ready within 20 min.

Very helpful with treatment of illness and Covid testing, when all other clinics were slammed, I made online a appointment and was done with whole process within an hour, I would have waited all day at the larger hospital run urgent care clinics. All staff very professional and seemed on point with treatment and diagnosis.

This was my first time visiting this practice. I am beyond satisfied. The office staff was amazing and made sure to explain the cost of any procedures beforehand. Everyone was caring and efficient.
I was able to be seen in a timely manner by the doctor, who was very thorough.
Definitely one of the best urgent cares I have been to and will be coming back if need be.

This was my first time visiting this Urgent Care facility, and they went above and beyond to tend to my needs. The office staff was great and explained every procedure that was needed and the cost prior to performing anything. The Dr. has the best bed side manner I’ve ever experienced. He took the time to listen and get to know me as a person and not just a patient. I highly recommend OMS Urgent Care if you’re looking for a doctor that will listen.
