The most painfully uncomfortable and disheartening experience I have had at any doctor's office. Here's a hot tip : Don't whisper about patients within ear's reach. Or at least be better at hiding it. ;) I truly believe this staff member should reconsider medicine as a profession. What kind of sad decrepid human would work at an OBGYN only to judge a person for her choices at the end of the day. This is one of many reasons that people feel discriminated against at the doctor. What a shame that this practice would hire someone so callous and ignorant. Best of luck, whoever you are.

The staff was nice and friendly. Dr Gibbons was wonderful, she explained everything perfectly and made me feel relaxed and confident in the test’s that I need to have done. It is refreshing to go to a doctors office where the staff and reception are happy to help you! I recommend this facility 100%.

It was my first time in this office. From the receptionist to nurses and doctors. Everyone was very helpful and nice. Dr. Gibbons explained the procedure really well and I did not feel uncomfortable at all. Dr. Gibbons made sure I am comfortable the whole time and made time to answer my questions and concerns. Highly recommended clinic!

I have been with this practice for over 6 years and everyone is amazing. They are very focused on womens health as a whole and take the time to listen to the patient.
My very first appt with Dr. Gibbons in June of 2021 was my annual exam. This exam was where we suspected that I had breast cancer. This turned out to be the case as I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer. She has been extremely supportive through the process and helpful with menopausal symptoms after treatment. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and doesn’t rush you through your appt. I highly recommend her.

I was long overdue for a woman's examination since my doctor of twenty-plus years had passed away. The Women's Healthcare of Princeton was recommended by a friend, so I made an appointment and had Renata Estes as my physician. She was absolutely wonderful! She took her time to talk with me about issues I've been going through and was very gentle and thorough with her examination. I'm so thankful for this group!

Dr. Sophocles is wonderful! She made me feel very comfortable during my visit. She answered all my questions and explained everything to me about my procedure before doing it. I feel very confident having her as my GYN doctor. I recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and kind doctor that will go the extra mile to ensure your comfort and satisfaction! I always leave her office with a smile.

Extremely pleased with the medical care provided to me by Women’s Healthcare of Princeton. Renata was the last provider I saw and she was great in explaining and answering any questions I had and in providing helpful suggestions. The providers that I have seen at the practice have a great bedside manner which helps to put one at ease during the visit. Highly recommend Women’s Healthcare of Princeton.

The google reviews must be paid or they paid to clean it up bc I only have had negative experiences since I have been going here for 3 years. They make mistakes when making appointments, requiring me to rebook and come back 2nd time for a same reason. They also routinely make patients wait 45 min in the lobby after the actual appt time. Because that I was there 2 min after the appt time, and they threatened to charge me cancelation fee. The NP - Estes - she prescribed a branded medication which turned out to be discontinued years ago and she did not know. I only found out bc CVS called to let me

Although the practitioners seem to be on top of what they are doing, they are consistently billing my insurance incorrectly. For the second time, I almost overpaid only to find that they did not bill my insurance at all. Definitely a waste of time and I wish I could get the hourly rate of whoever is actually supposed to be doing this job.

After staying at this clinic for almost 2 years, I realized it is getting worse. Possibly they have way too many patients so the quality of healthcare is going down by the most recent few visits I paid.
The waiting time is at least 30-40 minutes, and Dr. Sophocles spent less than 10 minutes with me(or she spent 5 minutes and walking out, after 20 minutes, back for other 3-5 minutes). I do not mind waiting as long as my issues/questions are addressed and resolved, but it just turned out that I have been approached with unnecessary procedures that a professional gyno would not recommend. I am not

Routine exam. Came with all the forms I was advised to print & complete to bring to appt., but when I presented them, I was told it is a quirk in the system & everything is completed on the iPad in the office. This iPad is passed around to everyone in the waiting area & never wiped down. Total time in the office was 1 & 1/2 hrs for a 20 min exam. A long wait in the waiting area for someone who does not deliver babies. Then more waiting for the doctor in the exam room.
The doctor is very nice & knowledgeable, but her support staff overbooks.
Another appt 3 weeks later for a

This did not happen recently, but thought I should make light of it. I have been to this office a few times, after being recommended by a friend. The last time I went I had been menstruating for two months straight and needed the doctor to check my IUD. So I went in and waited for my appointment, which took about 30 min. I finally was walked in and spoke to Dr Sophocles for 10 min when she told me I would be needing an ultrasound that day. I sat back down in the waiting area and waited 45 min before I went up to the receptionist and asked when I would be getting my ultra sound - she had no idea

I was told by 4 other doctors that a minimally invasive surgery was not an option for me, until I met with Dr. Mathews. She truly specializes in minimally invasive technique and successfully performed the procedure for me. Yes, you will probably have a wait in their office and yes, I had a bit of a delay getting an initial appointment and surgery date - but that's because these docs are the best and come in high demand. So very worth the wait!! Thank you Dr. Mathews and staff!

I have left probably 3 Yelp reviews in my life, and I wasn't going to leave one here, but I need to warn anyone who is considering coming to this practice. Curvy ladies -- and all ladies for that matter -- DO NOT COME HERE. I came in for my annual well-woman exam, which typically takes just a few minutes. I wasn't seen until about 30 minutes after my appointment start time, which is understandable and to be expected. The provider I saw gave me 30 minutes of unsolicited advice on weight loss and how I should try fasting and "limiting my calories." Like--I'm an adult, I know

I've gone twice now since moving from PA and I won't be going back. Doctor had this kind of sore on her lip no surprise since she doesn't wear scrubs or lab coat and completely inappropriate clothing for what she's doing. Big hanging scarfs cell phone strapped around her neck dangly sleeves. She seems to verbalize every thought that goes through her head even if it contradicts the previous thought. It makes you wonder if she knows what she's doing. Both times she repeatedly changed her mind on course of treatment and that does not instill me with confidence. Tried to ask

If I can give a "0" for Dr. Sophocles and this facility, I would. Last January, my daughter went in to have a very non evasive procedure, but she required a blood clotting medicine first. She received her medicine, went in for the procedure, and then discharged with the instructions to drink water, since she did not urinate prior to leaving and to notify the doctor if she still did not urinate after 8 hours. She came home, and drank the water as told but did not urinate. After 8 hours, her husband called Dr. Sophocles and she stated that if she does not go by the morning to bring

Terrible customer service which lacks warmth surprisingly from a doctor's office. I returned a call from their office and was put on hold for 9 minutes, I used call waiting to call back and someone answered second call while I was still on hold for first. OK that is possibly due to incompetency of working phones but when I told her I was on hold for 9 minutes, instead of apologizing she said " Ok who do you want to talk to?"

Unprofessional and disorganized. I thought it was a bad sign when they started spamming my email with spa ads (what kind of doctor's office does that?), but then I went in for an appointment, waited an hour, and the doctor never showed up, with no explanation from the staff. Don't go here! I never will again.

Really surprised at the other review as I have only had fantastic experiences here. As someone who spends a lot of time in doctors' offices for my job, I can tell you this is one of the smoothest operating practices I have been to (and I have been to hundreds) and am happy to be a patient here. The check-in experience is always simple and they have neat technology to help with capturing your health history and photo. The medical assistants are nice and efficient. Dr. Mathews is a GEM. With a lot of doctors you can feel the moment they step in the room you know they are ready to get on to the
