The boss acts with attitude, previous day i was discussing with the boss, he told me that he could find a supplier do the CNC part for me, the next day before i drop a visit to his shop, i was giving him a call and double confirm that he could done the work for me or not, he told me "YES". End up when i reach there, he told me that he was busy and ask myself contact the supplier. The drama part was he not even planning to provide the supplier phone number for me, he keep telling me he was busy, busy and busy. After that he just left the shop with his Nissan X-Trail like that. This was the worst experience ever. I gave them my taxes because the prior owner sold the business to them. On April 13 they still were not done. They'd had them since Jan. I had to physically go in and stand in the office until they finished and then mail them myself. Then got the wrong amount back because they'd done it wrong and now they want to me to pay after having to deal with the IRS myself to get my return. I see others felt the same. Ugh.

Stay away from Innochamp and Suzanna Lam. She took over from Beall and Weil who retired. Peter was such a pleasure to do business with. But Suzanna is a trip. During our first telephone conversation she asked me "do you wanted to make some money" and "do you have some money stashed away" and "how about your wife, how much money does she have". Really? Because it was late in the season I let them do our taxes. She didn't bother speeding things up, or answer phone calls on time, couldn't reach anyone during office hours. In the end the taxes were done. But

Last year I got to work with Innochamp Advisors and Suzanna had done an incredible job for my tax filling. She's not only so knowledgeable with Taxes but also financial planning (how to save money for TAX FREE retirement and risk free). By the time she's done with my tax filing, I learned so much from her and was eye-opened about my personal finance.

Absolute nightmare trying to get my taxes done.
Innochamp apparently purchased my account from my previous preparer Beel and Weil (sp?who were great) so I gave them a chance.
- First they didn't get my returns in at all or create at least an estimate so that we could file. So we had to do an extension with no payment.
- Then after many calls and emails all most none of which were returned by Suzanna (the CPA) I finally taked to the office who assured me they would complete in the next week. Then Suzanna went on vacation for several weeks.
- When i finally sat down to review their attempted

You will regret using this person. I met with Suzanna before taxes were due. She said I would receive my copy a week before they were due. They were never sent. I called several times. No response. I finally had to drive down to her office (2 hours away) to get my return. All 3 returns had numerous mistakes, and I was unable to file on time. Then it took months for them to send back my W2s and other information. I ended up taking 2 of the returns to someone else, but decided to let her finish one. Big mistake. I received my state refund but not the federal refund. I called Innochamp and left 2
