Susannah is a true artist. She knows exactly what shots to take and makes each picture tell a story. She is fast on her feet and extremely organized. She captured family pictures quickly and effortless. Our unruly families were so happy to finish the family photo shoot with plenty of time to enjoy the party and so pleased with the final images we received.
Susannah didn't even break a sweat! Every element of our wedding including the detail in the handmade napkin rings, and the candy apple tree were captured through her work. My husband and I are forever grateful that Susannah shared her gift of photography with us. Our wedding day will always live on through her beautiful pictures.

My husband and I could not be more thrilled with Susannah's work! From our very first conversation, she made me feel at ease and she had wonderful ideas to help me get started with planning a COVID wedding in 3 weeks. She captured the magic of our day and walked us through everything we could expect so that our nerves were at bay.

I found Susannah online when searching for Roseville family photographers. She not only fit us into her holiday mini session schedule, she was able to make it work around nap time! She was kind and genuine throughout the entire shoot, working with whatever came up - sunshine, wind, kids on scooters - she not only worked with it, she used it to her advantage and created beautiful memories reflected in the pictures.
We will definitely be using Susannah for our family pictures going forward, and would recommend her to anyone looking to capture both posed and candid moments.

I am so happy we went with Susannah for our photographer during covid! She is so cheery, positive, professional, and funny. She was super flexible about moving the time around a few weeks before the wedding, and had great advice on how to structure the wedding and ensured everything moved smoothly. Susannah was responsive via text and email, and worked tirelessly to ensure we were happy with each step of the way, from the intro zoom call, to the contract, to the final photo touch-ups.

Susannah photographed our family and she did such an incredible job! We can't say enough good things about her! She takes amazing photos, and is very patient and accommodating. She was awesome with our special needs son who sometimes takes a bit longer with pictures. We got some great photos and couldn't be happier! Thanks Susannah!

My family had so much fun with Susannah on our mini session! We met at Brown's Ravine in El Dorado Hills & the location was just perfect - we had beautiful hillsides, oaks, and cool rocks & my boys felt like they were on an adventure! You could tell that Susannah is a Boy Mom & used to working with kids because she knew just the right tricks to get my boys (9 & 10) to smile without looking forced. She moved us naturally from spot to spot and everyone felt so comfortable that we almost forgot we were there on a photo shoot. The studio is convenient in charming old Folsom, and photo session was quick and easy. My sweet baby wasn't stressed or unhappy due in part to Susannah's kind manner.
She was very quick to get us our "sneak peak" photos and soon after received our downloadable images that we are so happy with!

While budgeting for our wedding, I have always thought photography was not the main focus of our needs that day. (Boy was I wrong!) A year before our big day, I browsed through many photographers' portfolios and nothing jumped out at me. Fortunately, a coworker showed me a photo that Susannah took and my breath was taken. I didn't know what the photograph had, whether it was the angle or the lighting. That didn't matter. What mattered was that that still shot of someone's wedding allowed me to hear, smell, and feel things at the event when I have not actually been there. It made me feel touched
