Bulen & Associates Insurance Services is a family owned independent insurance agency and has been operating since 1929. Located in Murrieta, CA we currently serve the insurance needs of individuals, families and businesses throughout Riverside, San Diego, Orange and Los Angeles counties. We are also licensed in a variety of other states, and are able to serve the needs of other individuals and businesses outside of California.
Employees are usually a businesses's biggest asset. Conversely, those same employees are also the biggest risk. If you have employees, you have employee-centric exposures, known as people risks. These risks are rapidly increasing and evolving, and what were once considered minor problems are now potentially disastrous for businesses.

In this type of defined contribution plan, the employee can make contributions from his or her paycheck before taxes are taken out. The contributions go into a 401(k) account, with the employee often choosing the investments based on options provided under the plan. I worked with Jim Henson and his team 15 years ago as a carrier underwriter. I have since relocated, but was so impressed by their professionalism and how they service their clients in the Murrieta/Temecula area that I asked Jim to place insurance for a non-profit I am involved with. The Bulen team did a great job providing options, a full detailed proposal, and very responsive.
