I got a 2013 ram . Original owner. I needed valve cover gasket replaced. spark plugs and oil change. And radiator cooling system purged because of a air bubble I left when I replaced the water pump and thermostat and housing.....I pointed out don't roll down the driver window...now it don't go down cuz the guy tore my buttons out of the door to put it back up...they said nothing.....they said it's ready. $1200 I paid and my daughter picked it up... she got home and said it ran terrible who had multiple misfires I returned the truck they called me again and said it's ready
