My temporary cap came off 2x in one week, plus for the second time, an appointment was made for me and a card was given, yet there is no record on the computer. When I called to confirm my appointment on Tuesday, I apparently had my days mixed up and it was definitely on the next day. However, when I insisted that I had an appointment and a confirmation card for an appointment on the next Tuesday I was on hold for almost 4 minutes while she took care of the customer at the window. Dr. Akel installed crowns in a row of four teeth in the lower left. I previously had implants done in the lower right and upper left, where a lone remaining tooth was interfering somewhat with the bite. Dr. Akel immediately diagnosed the problem, and made adjustments that corrected the issue. He also was able to reattach the porcelain covering of an upper middle tooth, at least temporarily, until such time that I can have an implant there. All of the procedures were virtually painless; I barely felt the needle on one Novocaine injection, and felt nothing on the other. He is highly skilled and knowledgeable

Being a new patient felt somewhat anxious ( specially having bad experiences in the past), and this office restored my faith in dentistry again . The minute I walked in I felt welcomed. The staff is awesome,very friendly, professional and courteous . Dr. Rasmi Akel is also awesome, very easy to talk to He explained everything in detail from X-rays to everything needs to be done according to my case. I was treated like a patient, not just another number,. Looking forward to my future visits.

Dr. Akel is an amazing dentist. No pain treatments, funny, and honest. Literally transformed my smile and I couldn’t be happier. The staff is very friendly as well. I had a great experience at Big Smile Dentistry today. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The dental hygienist, Teresa, was super sweet. I appreciated her taking her time with my x-rays to help minimize discomfort. Dr. Estrella was great. I love how she took her time to look over my medical history (that's not something I see a lot of doctors do). & she did a great job of answering my questions and explaining them in a way that easily understandable. I look forward to making Big Smile Dentistry my primary dental office. 🙂
