We love being a part of weddings and special events. Our Agape Planning Team is comprised of several amazing women: Ashley, our Lead Planner & Designer; Mackenzie, Kirsten, Elise & Allison, are our Associate Coordinators; and Amee, our Coordination Assistant. We also have some incredible women on our Event Team, that assist us on our wedding days: Bria, Danyelle, Amanda, and Nancy.

I wish I could even begin to explain how much Ashley and her team made an impact on me. Everyone says if you can afford it, get a wedding coordinator but when my husband and I first went with Ashley I wanted her on my side for at least partial planning services. We had all of 2019 to plan and the experience was so stressless and smooth. From help with vendors, to our table mock-up, to any small questions I had - Ashley always gave great advice.

On top of every detail , they listened , they were sweet

Ashley and her team at Agape Planning are here to save the day, because let me tell you: before the flowers, before the DJ, heck, even before your venue, you NEED to hire a wedding coordinator! Not only do most legitimate venues these days require a professional wedding coordinator (and no, not your great aunt Karen who throws parties at her house and has helped setup for ONE wedding), but when you're in the thralls of dealing with crazy family drama, have to answer confusing questions about your reception layout, and don't know whether to do your first dance before or after speeches

Ashley and her team were so wonderful in planning my wedding! We had our very particular vision brought to life. We wanted industrial glam (metals galore) with a touch of black/burgundy AND some coherence with our stationary (pink and gold/pewter). We also had Sri Lankan traditions to incorporate, and it was seamless. She was extremely hands-on, involved, and was able to help us find savings where we could so we could splurge on other key items! Her insights were fantastic and we couldn't have gotten a better wedding planner.

This review is over 4 months in the works, and I think its because I still can't find the words to adequately describe how incredible Ashley and her entire team truly are. Allison was absolutely amazing to work with. I call her the super planner because I have never worked with anyone so organized, detail oriented and well versed in every aspect of my vision for my wife's 40th birthday. There was not a single idea that she overlooked in making the day very special. She was so full of so many ideas and options I never would of even thought of.

Agape was amazing and I literally began calling our coordinator Allison Sparkman my angel. She began coordinating 6 weeks out and it was pretty life changing suddenly having her help. She's incredibly detail oriented and she just gets it. If she saw an email from me to one vendor with a change it felt like within no time at all I'd see her coordinate that change with all the other relevant vendors without me having to ask her specifically. That may seem like a given but I work in the events industry and it's truly not. She's intuitive and effective and incredibly good at her

Ashley and her team are absolutely INCREDIBLE. I couldn't possibly say enough positive things about our experience with Agape Planning. We utilized their planning services from start to finish and also had them create our wedding day stationary (all of the signs, programs, etc.). Ashley was on top of everything. Kirsten did an excellent job with coordinating my wedding. I am giving four instead of five as I would not recommend going with a wedding concierge. Or at least make sure it is someone who has experience. Our wedding concierge was incredibly sweet, but it was to the point my hairstylist had to take over and fill that role. My dress was torn a few times by the concierge, as well. Luckily I had plenty of tool to cover it. I never got upset as again, she was very sweet. Just would have rather not purchased the service. As for the coordinating, Kirsten did a great job. I was a little stressed the day

Going with Ashley and her team for her month of wedding coordination services was probably the best decision we made. She and her team were organized from the start and really made our vision come true. We decided to schedule a design consultation with her, and it was worth every penny we paid, going well over our allotted time and late into a Friday night. Ashley is a planner and friendor that we refer our photography clients to because she is so amazing at what she does. Over the years, we have established an amazing working and personal friendship and she planned my baby shower for me! It was absolutely perfect! I worked with Ashley to plan a corporate event. It was such a pleasure to work with her! She was on top of every detail. She provided excellent suggestions (her signature drink suggestion was one of my favorites) and was able to work with our budget to make the day amazing. She even gave recommendations on how much to tip the other vendors assisting on the event. We didn't make it easy on Ashley since our party planning committee was going through some changes.
