Personal injury and product liability attorneys Myron Penn and Shane Seaborn teamed up to form the law firm of Penn & Seaborn, LLC. in 2002 after working together on Myron's successful bid for the Alabama State Senate. Since the beginning, our firm has proudly maintained our "small-town" character while at the same time providing legal representation on the state and national levels.

He attended Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from The University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Not only is Shane Seaborn one of the most knowledgeable attorneys we've ever met, but he's also the type of guy that clients would easily call their friend. He resides in Clayton, Alabama, with his wife, Anna Hamm Seaborn, and their three children Sloane, Slade, and Sophie. He graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
Will Partin's approach to cases is both detail oriented, and knowledgeable. His commitment to the clients he serves is evident through the hard work and dedication he puts into every case he handles. Will grew up in Louisville, Alabama, and continues to reside in this small, rural Barbour County community.
Charles Hudson genuinely cares about the people he represents. His down-to-earth personality makes him easy to talk to and offers clients the compassion and understanding they need during difficult times. In 2009, Charles graduated from Troy University with a degree in history and a minor in business.
