While we do use other suppliers for imprinting some items, we process thousands of pieces every year through our in-house production department. EXTREMELY SHARP BAMBOO PLAQUE with writing on it set up as main message, a paragraph under it and four small sayings at 45° angles around.
For my wife's Birthday....Super Great stenciled letters left dark, easy to read plaque.
Staff I dealt with were Nice and courteous.
Quick job completion as well.
