The quality of our care is excellent, patient care is our top priority and our staff constantly strives to be the best. Your first visit, unless there is an immediate problem, will be for a complete comprehensive oral examination, which includes an oral cancer and blood pressure screening. With your permission, necessary digital radiographs will be taken.
I enjoy getting to know my patients and their families, and it is always such an honor to know that I have made a difference in so many of my patients' lives. I couldn't ask for a better job or for a better group of people to be sharing their smiles with me. It has always been my focus to make each patient feel at-home when they come to me for treatment; and, I work hard to give my patients the attention they deserve.
Please come on in and take a look around. Upon entering our office you will be greeted by the soothing sounds from the lovely waterfall and the smells of fresh hot coffee or hot apple cider. Help yourself to a snack and beverage from our refreshment bar and prepare yourself to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
During their exam, each our patients are given a custom oral hygiene plan. This includes instructions that are unique to their needs and a cleaning method that is always most appropriate for them. Regularly scheduled cleanings can be the factor that determines whether or not you'll need an expensive fix in the future.
Oral cancer is a dangerous, yet somewhat preventable, type of cancer. It kills more people nationwide than either cervical or skin (melanoma) cancer, and only half of all patients diagnosed will survive more than five years. The most common risk factors for oral cancer are tobacco use, frequent high quantity alcohol consumption, constant sunlight exposure, habitual cheek or lip biting, or poorly fitting dentures.

Excellent Dentist and staff. Dr. Cameron and her staff are kind and helpful. For medical reasons, I had to have my entire set of teeth done with crowns. Dr. Cameron was so kind and professional. They did a great job and helped me through a difficult process. If there is a problem they fix it. If you need help quickly they figure out how to get you in. They are awesome.

This experience was the worst I have had here in the 30 or so years coming to this office. I have had a few procedures with Dr. Cameron that were great, but taking off a gold crown, and everything that happenned in the 2 1/2 hours created the worst soreness I have had with any dental experience. Even my tongue is still partially numb from the shot, and lips pinched from tools. Not fun, at all!

Every single time I've been to this office they have a completely new front office staff. The office is incompetent when it comes to billing. They've charged me 1000 dollars over my insurance then told me I have a 700 credit. My husband and I both go to this dentist and they charge his acct for my procedures and vice versa. If you want to constantly fight with the front office over billing issues then this is the dentist for you. I've referred 5 coworkers to this office and they have all left for the same reason. We've been going here for app 2 years and the Dentist and her staff are nice. We had a major problem with the billing. I think like most folks we always use our dental insurance and unfortunately for us their billing system was Not up to date during last visit and resulted in us paying for the entire bill. We understand their estimate sheet includes a half page of disclaimers but we have Never had a billing issue in 30 plus years with any Dentist giving us incorrect information until now. Complete racket. Their evaluation of a gum "issue" was completely incorrect. They recommended bone excision, second opinion proved this to be wrong. Was told I needed a filling and upon second opinion, this also to be proved wrong. Also, still waiting for them to call me back with a cleaning appointment to follow up the one I had in 2015. Went to another dentist, requested my records to be transferred more times than I can count and it's still not done. If you have a fear of the dentist like myself, this is DEFINITELY the place for you to overcome it. First visit yesterday and the staff (Nicole, Diana, Dr Richardson) was awesome! They were all so friendly, attentive, sensitive and so non judge mental of my terrible oral hygiene!!! I got in the same day I called for an appointment. I highly recommend giving them a chance. You will not be disappointed!!! No tranquilizer needed! ; )

I have been going to Dr. Richardson's office for close to 10 years. Every time I go, I see a different dentist. I am not told when I make my appointment that I will not be seeing Dr. Richardson, who is the dentist I originally requested based on a friend's recommendation. I wonder if he is getting ready to retire. But, he seems to rotate new dentists constantly.
The reason I will no longer go back is because I needed a night guard for my teeth grinding. It took a YEAR to get the final product. It took them at least 3 molds to get it right. each time, I have an appointment for a new mold

Excellent first time visit! The $49. internet special offer exam and x-rays were a big plus.I usually have my dental done in Mexico, but felt I should have a local dentist near my home base for emergencies. Very pleased with the professional staff and compassionate, warm ambiance of this office. Of course, the US prices for dental care are mind blowing...but if you incur an emergency, price is not an issue. Thank You, for a wonderful dental experience. See you again!

I LOVE Romie Lane Dental Group. I am a new patient and was referred here by my mom who has been going to Dr. Richardson for almost 20 years. The environment is second-to-none as far as welcoming, warm, and not typical of the standard doctors' office. The staff is amazingly friendly and cordial. The best part is complimentary coffee, cold bottled water, and a pitcher of citrus-cucumber infused water in a pitcher greeting you upon entry.
