Only seen the lawyer once due to COVID most court cases was continuing. I get a letter saying we couldn't come to a agreement about my case so the lawyer withdrew from my case and since i had to hire another lawyer where's my refund?. And never return calls or text very unprofessional

Never returns my phone calls. Won't give mw his cell phone number. I can't get any kind of legal advice nor have I been able to look at my motion of discovery. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone if i knew they needed communication between them and their lawyer either. Cause I haven't gotten any in 2 years

He does not do his job. Never take him as a personal injury lawyer. He was even being offer referral bonuses as the attorney knew it was to much for him but he just wanted for himself not client and client got screw. He didn't get medical records, didn't ge the bills, didn't even file own court documents myself the client had to do it all and he still got 63k. I even tried firing him several times. But couldn't legally at the time. Wouldnt answer call or text or emails.. sjust got screwed.
