This was the best experience we have ever had with automobile maintenance. From making an appointment to getting the proper service was a sincere pleasure. Everyone we came in contact with was cordial and helpful. They went beyond any expectations explaining what was done to the vehicle and what possibly may be needed in the future. In town on vacation and our daughter's car had strange electrical issues. We came in and Greg was immediately understanding and supportive. He did a great job working through the issue with our daughter. IN the end we needed a new alternator which was procured overnight and the repair done the next day.
In short - outstanding work - a top notch class A experience. I have lived in 11 states and gotten car repairs in scores of places. Battles Auto Center is top five if not the best of all.
If I lived here this is would be where I would go for all my auto repair and maintenance.

Great service. Very professional. Easy access and great availability. Great feedback about ongoing work and clear helpful discussion of the work. Very reasonably priced. Had oil filter change, AC recharge, tire rotation and evaluation of check engine light, which resulted in thermostat replacement. Dropped car off in the Am and pick it up early afternoon. Car is running great. Highly recommended and I will be a return customer! Thanks
