North Sound Commercial, a division of Pacific Continental Realty, LLC, is owned and operated by KC Coonc and Ryan A. Martin. Our office is located in the core of downtown Bellingham in the Crown Plaza Building. The North Sound Commercial partnership originally formed under the Commercial Division of Windermere Real Estate/Whatcom, Inc. KC and Ryan formed their partnership in 2004 at Fairhaven Realty a Branch of Lakeway Realty.

KC Coonc has been involved with the sale and leasing of real estate for over 30 years. He began selling real estate when he graduated high school in 1981. After a few years, KC changed his career and worked several industrial jobs including commercial fishing, industrial construction, and logging operations management internationally in Russia.
Services
Bellingham is the largest market for commercial real estate, north of Snohomish County. For retail and office space there are four major areas located within the City of Bellingham: Downtown, Cordata, Sunset, and Fairhaven. For industrial space, the primary locations in Bellingham are the Irongate Industrial Area and the Cordata Business Industrial Park.
Anacortes is located 15 miles west of Interstate 5 on Fidalgo Island and is easily accessible by air, ground or sea. The City of Anacortes presents several opportunities for business owners and commercial investors. The Port of Anacortes is an anchor in the commercial community and provides industrial lease space as well as marina commerce.
The Peace Arch Canadian border and the downtown waterfront are the two prime locations for commercial real estate in Blaine Washington. Blaine's waterfront is a great place for tourism based retail businesses. Many of the homes located along Peace Portal Drive have been converted into small businesses.
The City of Mount Vernon is the established county seat for Skagit County. Mount Vernon's historical commercial and industrial hub is located along the Skagit River in the city center. This area has been established for redevelopment along the Skagit River for better public access and mixed use commercial and limited residential.
The City of Lynden has established most of its current and future heavy industrial, light industrial, and commercial services districts east and west of Guide Meridian Road just south of Kok Road extending slightly to the north of Main Street. The primary arterial from I-5 traveling west is Birch Bay - Lynden Road.
