We had an expansion tank on our water heater break. The dispatcher called right away and was pleasant and friendly. She scheduled for later in the day, but then called back when there was an earlier opening. Brian called when he was on his way, showed up on time, and was very nice. He provided detailed information to my husband and me so that we understood what he was doing.
A plumbing emergency is something that no family wants to face. Travis was extremely helpful today. We had a sewage backup and it was “fixed” Friday afternoon by unknown, and when presented with a reoccurring issue this morning at 8 am, I called around 10 am Saturday morning since we’re in the middle of getting stuff from storage a few towns over. Travis was able to set realistic expectations with setting up a time to reevaluate the issue that would work for both our schedules. Not only that, he allowed me to see what the issue was and suggested ways to prevent it from continuing to happen. In and out with a half hour, which was great since I have a toddler

We had a clog in the main line of our home that was preventing the toilets from flushing. I spoke to Kim who arranged for 2 of their service techs to come to our house on the same day of my call. Travis and Milton were outstanding. They were able to come to my house even earlier than I expected, diagnosed the problem, quoted the cost of repair, unclogged the drain line and used a camera so that we could see the condition of the lines under the house. Excellent service and price! I called at 12:30 pm with a leaking sink, and was told they would dispatch someone out to see me asap. He met me 30 minutes later and diagnosed the problem. He gave me a very reasonable quote, and went to get the parts. This involved soldering chrome pipes together. I am very happy with my service and will definitely use them again! (I'm in Charleston SC, not San Francisco, CA)

I highly recommend not calling this company for any plumbing job. I guarantee, you will regret it!!! 2 guys came out to unclogged a bath tub. The charge was as much more than lawyer fee per hour and owner tells me that was after giving me discount. REALLY!!! It only took not more than 30 mins to unclogged the tub.
