Christopher Flann founded and is the principal attorney behind Immigration Law of Montana, P.C. His practice is dedicated to helping individuals and businesses with immigration matters, principally those located in Montana. As a first-generation immigrant who is a naturalized United States citizen, he understands the immigration system here in the United States from the inside and the outside.
Collette Layton joined Immigration Law of Montana P.C. (ILM) in 2015 as a legal assistant. She provides the attorney in our immigration cases with solid and reliable help, and serves as a listening ear to our clients. Besides ILM, Collette also had experience with Brown Law Firm P.C. and Speare Law Firm P.C. in Billings Montana.
A native of the Billings area, Rock Hinkle joined Immigration Law of Montana, P.C. (ILM) in 2015 as a Legal Assistant. Rock graduated from Montana State University Billings in 2006 with a Bachelors of Arts in English. His previous experience as a title examiner, which involved researching the chain of title for properties, has prepared him to do the research necessary to help clients.
In recognition of the growing interest in immigration to the United States, Immigration Law of Montana, P.C. is instituting a scholarship program (ILM Scholarships).
