Integrated Real Estate Group was founded in 2003 by builder and developer Rick Simmons, who had previously operated a successful luxury homebuilding company. At Integrated Real Estate Group, Simmons' initial focus was on developing and operating Affordable and market rate multifamily housing, with an emphasis on outstanding quality and design.

I just moved out of Enclave at Westport after living here since June 2020. Generally my experience here was positive. However, the policy for move outs and returning the keys is kind of obnoxious.
I gave the required 60 days notice that I would be moving out, and the property acknowledged it. So, my last day renting officially is today, Monday, Sept 20. My wife and had the movers come on Saturday since we both work during the week. They moved our items to our new home in Saginaw, 20 miles away. I drove back Sunday morning and spent 4 hours cleaning the apartment.
This morning, I took the initiative

I got hired on in January of 2021. I was super excited because I was promised the world. I did my job very successfully. I got our delinquency down to zero percent each month and was striving towards an amazing career. That was until I was asked to go to Dallas to help train other assistant property managers. What I thought I was going to do was not what I actually did. The region, Susie Goff, and the asset manager, Alexei Chernikov, took me to lunch to talk about my career. Horrible company. They are not professional, they barely answer the phone, and don’t seem to be willing to help you. Harriet has been very very rude until today when I called her about my payroll and asked who was over her and then she started to seem like she wanted to help more. They are doing some shady stuff with me and I don’t like it and I can’t get ahold of a head person in charge.
