We purchased our new home while out of state and we knew a new roof was desperately needed. Dickson roofing was recommended us through our realtor. Within 24 hours they came to inspect the roof, identified many issues that existed and provided us a competitive quote for a new roof. Shon took the time, by phone, to answer my questions and was very professional. Once we approved the quote we put our 50% deposit down, which Cheri helped us process. Cheri is such a sweetheart! Nikki kept us up to date with the schedule, via text, and was also very cordial! We arrived at our new home one week after

I HIGHLY recommend Dickson Roofing! After our insurance agent recommended having our roof looked at, we had 4 different companies out to give us a bid. Shon arrived the day I called the office and came the same day! He is exceptional at communication and was not pushy, very honest, and just a good guy. We chose to hire Dickson Roofing. He came to meet the adjuster a few days later and was very respectful and not in his way. Shon and his office staff were very helpful to explain the process to us and helpful when picking out material. After all the rain we've had in East Texas, we got our roof replaced

Daniel with Dickson was so easy to work with. He came quickly to do my estimate and then helped me through the entire process with my insurance company. He was great at being patient but also reminding me when he was waiting on something from my side. The guys that installed the roof were quick and did a great job cleaning up after they were done. Years ago a friend got their roof done by another company and there were nails all over their yard when they were done. That was not my experience at all. I’m very happy with the work that was done!

We recently had a chimney reflashed and new flue cap installed due to a badly leaking chimney with water puddling around the base of the fireplace of a recently purchased home. The folks at Dickson knew just how to fix it and did a fantastic job, the new hardware looks great and we couldn't be more satisfied! The guys who came out and did the job performed quality work and were friendly, courtious and helpful throughout the process. Even with all the rain we have had the last few weeks not one drop of water gets through that chimney now. Repairs large and small all the way up to full roof replacements
