At Super Kicks Karate we believe that parents have a choice. Parents have the right to choose what their children are exposed to and who they are influenced by, and should have the right to be selective. Just because there's a karate school around the corner from your house doesn't make it the right choice for you.
Becoming more disciplined is at the heart of learning martial arts. Students must make the mental choice to demand something physically of their body, and get a specific result. This is what discipline is, doing what you MUST do, instead of just doing what you feel like doing. By practicing martial arts, students are able to get into the habit of pushing themselves and being structured in how they behave.
Unique to Ashburn, Super Kicks Family Martial Arts incorporates a safe, modern approach to teaching traditional martial arts. Our classes are family-based, for both children and adults, and are tightly structured. If you wanna be able to fight, then one of the things you gotta do is get over to Super Kicks. There are times when fighting is absolutely necessary. Super Kicks teaches you real Karate. Not only is true Karate about fighting, it's also about survival. The instructors are awesome and can help you big time. Join Super Kicks and you can learn just as much as I've learned from them.

Our son joined Super Kick Karate in August 2021 and has thoroughly enjoyed every lesson he has taken. The instructors are considered, yet professional. Carter has learnt so much more than the physical aspects of Karate, and is more aware of his surroundings and increased discipline, motivation and focus.

Recent update to my initial review about 3 years ago. At first I enrolled my son as a beginner white belt and 8 months later, my adult daughter and myself joined him on his way to a first degree black belt. While some things may have changed in the curriculum and personnel may have come and go, this has been for the betterment. The Chief Instructor and the team continue to inspire the spirit, right attitude, and possibilities you find for yourself here! Super kicks has become our favorite family activity! Our entire family has enrolled in the leadership program and we love it. Our 4 year old son started in the Little Leaders program a year ago and we've watched him grow and learn in new ways. From focus, exercise, karate moves, earning patches, earning his belts, and more. We recently joined as a family and it's been one of the best decisions we've made all year. All of the instructors are knowledgeable, respectful and super helpful. I honestly look forward to our twice a week sessions.

The instructors there are amazing! They are great with everyone kids and adults. They know everyone by name and are always willing to take their time to make sure the kids are excelling in their craft. Definitely recommend joining the online virtual classes and going in for a class session.

I signed my daughter up over a year and a half ago and now she's in the CIT program. Master Holemans instruction has made such an impact on my daughter's life. She was a little insecure when she started training and her confidence and strength have grown over time. The instructors (and they're all awesome) always push the students to do their best and the classes always prove to be entertaining.
Super Kicks has done an amazing job accomodating students and families during this pandemic as well.

There is no easy way to describe what a wonderful experience my son constantly has with Master Alley and his team. He learns respect, leadership in a very cheerful and friendly environment. They learn the way of life, not just Karate. We love it. Coming to Super Kicks was the best decision ever!!!

Love Super Kicks! Master Alley is amazing. He has such a passion for karate and teaching it. We felt welcomed as soon as we walked through the door. We initially just signed our 3 year old son up to help get energy out but our 7 year old daughter wanted to do it too! So now we are a Super Kicks karate family!!
