Dr. Shane Colberg graduated from Augsburg College in 1999 with a Bachelors Degree in Biology and Chemistry. In the winter of 2000, he began his Chiropractic Education at Northwestern Health Science University in Bloomington, MN. After completing his education in 2003, Dr. Colberg practiced Chiropractic care at Cokato Chiropractic for 3 years.
Because Chiropractic treatment is so closely associated with the musculoskeletal system, sports and exercise caused injuries are very common for Chiropractors to treat. Chiropractic treatment can give relief to all joints of the body including shoulders, elbows, wrists, and fingers as well as hips, knees, feet, and ankles.
Doctors of Chiropractic have now been given the legal authority to perform physical examinations. All forms of physicals can be given, however, Charger Chiropractic & Soft Tissue Center P.C. specialize in high school athletic physicals. High school students will be required to have their immunity vaccinations up to date before participation in athletics begin.
