Spa moved into a office building. ugh. No spa feeling at all. Very cramped quarters in room and waiting area. The Waiting area is extremely small and as your paying there is someone literally sitting a foot away from you And if you have a question you get hushed as the next room can hear. very uncomfortable vibe. Not only that the owner forgot my appointment Get there and oh I forgot.

Ashley is THE BEST deep tissue I've ever had, and I too have visited a lot of spas and massage salons. I have trouble areas due to sitting in front of a computer all day along with chronic back pain and muscle spasms. She amazingly found all my problem areas and is working them out. Massage is an investment in yourself and not a once and done silver bullet - so when you find a massage therapist that is so good, you almost don't want to share them with others! But I'm sharing! Ashley is fantastic.

Terri is very knowledgeable and persistent. She knows the importance of at home care, which was the foundation for my skin care resolution. Her products are great quality. I have loved everything she’s recommended and used it exactly as instructed. I had struggled with acne and texture issues for seven years before I met Terri. As a black women, the added hyperpigmentation from scars felt like a never ending cycle. I had been to several estheticians, tried microdermabrasion programs, and seen dermatologist to no resolve. I have been going to Spa Renova since 2012 when it was Aqua Spa for both facials and massage and can't say enough about it! Atmosphere is professional, clean and very peaceful. Pricing is very competitive, but best of all the facials and massages are top notch! Many thanks to Ashley for the incredible massage skills and Terry for the amazing facials!

I have had the deep tissue massage by Denise and LET-ME-TELL-YOU! She is amazing at what she does! When I say deep tissue, I mean I want my muscles thoroughly worked out. It sounds silly but I want it to hurt good! I have brought many people to their establishment when they used to be called Aqua Spa and will continue recommending them to everyone I know. I have had other therapists work on my significant other and I, and no one ever disappoints. I can't say the same about other massage places. Terry is wonderful and very knowledgable. She is so kind and welcoming. I look forward to next time

What an incredible experience! The staff is so personable and welcoming! The second you walk through the door the atmosphere is calming. The decor is beautiful and the owner has such a hospitable demeanor and really helps you feel comfortable. I've had sever back pain for 7 year and the Swedish massage with Mario melted my pain away. I waited for my mom after and was offered an array of drinks! I also had a wonderful conversation with the staff.
I highly recommend this place to anyone and I'm so grateful I stumbled upon them on google because I will be returning!

The only reason why I'm giving it a 3 is because my husband said his message was AMAZING. Mine on the other hand by SUSAN was not good, at all. She didn't work on my back at all which I told her was my area of focus. When she would start the whole table shook so it wasn't very relaxing. On the other hand when I looked over my husband was passed out and said his was amazing. I wish I enjoyed mine more than I did but I am glad that my husband enjoyed his.

I want to share that I am so LOVING Aqua Spa and the Ultrasonic Facials I have been getting by sweet, knowledgeable and talented Ravyn are so making my skin look better and better. After the 1st one I saw results and now I have booked a series! (PS they are even on a Summer Special right now but totally worth it special price or not!) I had never had one before and I am thrilled with my skin. Terri and the entire staff are so warm and inviting and the Spa is so tranquil and beautiful. If you have not been there yet.....you should! Highly recommend.

I had severe shoulder pain for over three months. Had all the symptoms of rotator cuff. On my first massage session I was advised that I had muscle knot sticking on my bicep pulling and causing the pain to my shoulder and neck. After a few more sessions I'm pain free. Love the TLC and love not having the immense pain every time I use the arm. Recommend Aqua Spa 100 times over.
