At The Children's Courtyard, we give children plenty of room to excel, in all our early education programs. Here, your child will learn alongside others, through interesting events, with the right materials, in classrooms and labs designed to develop and foster specific interests. The result? A child who thinks logically, solves problems, thrives socially, and displays exceptional strength of character.
The Children's Courtyard was founded in Arlington, Texas, in 1986. Today, we operate more than 50 child care and early education locations in the great state of Texas and beyond. Our schools are designed for children from six weeks to 12 years of age.
We understand that all children have different interests, abilities, and learning styles, so our approach to education and child care takes into account each child's individuality with customized programs.Our beautiful facilities are staffed by experienced, dedicated individuals-teachers, administrators, and tireless support staff-who foster a love of learning and exploring in every child, to produce the best early childhood experience possible.

In all the early educational programs along our School Readiness Pathway, we provide research-based curriculum that can be customized to meet the individual developmental needs of each child. Meeting and exceeding milestones prepares each child to enter elementary school, as do interactive, collaborative learning experiences, fostered by dedicated, attentive teachers in every classroom.
We are inspired by the HighScope educational philosophy. The foundation of the HighScope approach is active learning and children's initiative. Children's critical thinking, self-confidence, and problem-solving abilities are developed through strong teacher-child interactions and a robust Plan-Do-Review process.
