After having worked with other caregivers in DFW and being continually disappointed I came across Care Mountain. Care Mountain came to my house for a very informative and eye opening interview. After the interview I knew they would be my choice for a caregiver. The owner of the company supplied me with interviewees but I knew Linda was the right fit as soon as we started speaking. Linda has been such an amazing fit for us and my mom just loves her. Linda keeps my mom as active and as well cared for as anyone could. MARY has been my father's primary caregiver for more than one year, working 24 hours Monday - Friday. She is very thorough and attentive with his care. Mary has an established routine, which includes taking my father to the Senior Center one or two times per week, sometimes more often depending on the Center's scheduled activities. In addition to caring for him, she keeps everything neat and clean, which is how my mother kept their home, too. When my father-in-law was discharged from the hospital after a 3 month stay to his home with my elderly mother-in-law as his primary caregiver, we knew they would need help making this adjustment. Dealing with an aging parent is very hard and it's challenging to navigate how to honor a parent's wishes with keeping them safe and secure and well cared for in their home. We chose Care Mountain because of a great recommendation from my in laws. Care Mountain is very detailed and works to find the best caregiver for your situation. I alternate with Care Mountain and another caregiving service. Care Mountain is the third caregiving service I have used with my 95 year old mother with dementia. So far, the difference in care and professionalism is evident. Sierra and Stacy are consistently on time. The are caring and communicate with mom and with me in a kind and articulate manner. They are both quite capable and obviously experienced and full of compassion. I am considering switching over full time to CareMountain!

How wonderful it is to have a caregiver that takes time to share pictures of their family member when we are not allowed to visit. It is comforting to know that they take time to listen and help my father enjoy each day to the fullest. My father seemed to know that his thoughts and feelings mattered. Our caregiver Teresa Hernandez has been a blessing for my Dad. She shows deep compassion when it comes to taking care of my Dad. She has become part of our family. My Dad has dementia and it can be hard to find someone who will fit for a person with dementia and it was a hit right from the beginning and he has really taken a shine to her. She has very kind and loving heart to us all. We are blessed and lucky to have her.

Care Mountain sent Theresa Hunter to take care of our mother, who is just about to turn one hundred. Theresa has added years to our mother's life, good wonderful years. She is one of the kindest, wisest, and most capable people we have ever met, and it brings us great joy to know that such a person is caring for our mother. I can wholeheartedly recommend Care Mountain. My 93 year old dad has dementia and my 90 year old mother was his full time caretaker, not agreeing to have any assistance whatsoever.
