Services
A ($25 per pet) pet fee will be charged for each pet and is due on the first and late after the 5th. A non-refundable pet fee of ($200) is required to be paid at move-in before the pet(s) can have access to the apartment home. Resident agrees that only the pet(s) described and named below will occupy premises, up to, but not exceeding two (2) pets per apartment.

These are nice apartments but the hallways are trashed, security door don't always lock, shower stall is VERY small and I have a larger body frame and on disability and it is very hard to move around. the ceiling fan in the bedroom has not worked in 5 months. there is 1 laundry room for the whole building with 3 washers and 3 driers. Manager is hardly ever here, there is 1 maintenance worker who only works 25 hours a week. with having to pay water and sewage, we pay $820.00 for a 2 bedroom apartment. they need security cameras in the hallways, updated resident directory, and a security entrance

Affordable housing with great amenities. Limited by it's actual lot size and shape due to its geographical location between the Elkhart River and railroad property, the building itself has much to offer. Great workout facilities, gaming room, computer room, community laundry room as well as laundry hookups in apartments, space you can use for parties or gatherings, etc. Dishwashers and big kitchens. As with any apartment building, your experience is as good as your neighbors are respectful. Generally quiet and when issues were brought up with management re: other tenants behavior, management handled

I gave it a two-star only based on its amenities. It truly deserves a one!The walls and ceilings are so thin that it sounds like a herd of elephants throughout the whole day. The ownership and management here takes pride in number of evictions that it hands out to its tenants. If you fall behind on your rent you might as well start looking for another apartment because eviction is definite unless you are among the special ones that gets to be almost 3 months late and keep their apartment. Keep in mind this building has only been here approximately a year-and-a-half and its turnover rate for tenants
