One of the few options for custom apparel in Kitsap - we ordered fleece jackets and caps. Was our first time ordering through Tuna Graphics, was referred by a friend who had ordered before years ago. You’d think especially as a first time customer, they’d give care to create a good impression.
The Good: screen print quality was ok, 3 color design, pricing was average
Problems we had: embroidery quality was mid-grade, customer service was mediocre, they were slow to quote. Was not a smooth process.
I prefer to order locally rather than online. Though the search for a go-to printer & embroiderer

Would not recommend them to anyone. I gave Tuna Graphics an order of around 80 hats on March 3. They told me that my hats would be done in about a month (April 4) because they have little league hats to do. I didn't have a problem with that at all. A month later, my order was not finished. I called them the day after my due date to check up on my order. They told me that my order would be done 14 days after my due date. I told them that I did not have a problem with that as well. 14 days later, I received a phone call from Charlie, the owner, stating that my hats can't be completed because MY hats

The staff was very friendly and their work seems to be quality. I wouldn't be able to be certain though since I've been told multiple times I'll be getting a quote for my husbands order, for the Navy might I add, two or three times. It has yet to come through and I was told a couple other people he knows never got their quotes, which is the only thing that saved him from getting in trouble. Only reason I'm not giving them a 1 star is because they did have a good selection of apparel, the staff was nice, they did seem busy, and they had a cute dog named cedar.

I love Tuna Graphics. I've used them for my small business (printing and embroidery), a little non-profit I am affiliated with and also my sons' schools. I've even taken in gifts for family members to be personalized. Julia and Charlie and their team are so professional and easy to work with. Their quality is superb! Such a great local company! I will continue to take my business to them.
