I called as new client to schedule for keratin treatment & highlights after my stylist left Cloud Nine. I was told by stylist Shannon that I was scheduled improperly we only enough time for highlights. Shannon put on base color I’d never had before which left with me hideous orange hair at top. I scheduled 2 weeks later to correct Orange hair & keratin treatment. I again was told I was improperly scheduled & she only had time for keratin.
After paying $180 for highlights the keratin treatment was $100. After my

Sarah is great! I booked my appointment here for my wedding on 11/20. I booked it for 11/17 and today, 11/12, I got a call saying my appointment needed to be rescheduled as the stylist had left. With that being said, they put no real effort into trying to squeeze me in or find any time before my wedding making me scramble to find somewhere to get my hair done. It's frustrating that there was apparently no warning whatsoever. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

I love this salon! Some of the most talented stylists work here and I've been so grateful for their expert advice and to benefit from their great work. Made the jump to chop most of my long hair off a couple years ago and only because I trusted my stylist. Then also made the e jump to get highlights, also Tony because I trusted my stylist. I really enjoyed my first experience at Salon 01! The staff was really helpful and friendly, and I am really pleased with my service. This is the worst hair color I have ever received. I went into the salon for highlights and lowlights to blend gray and the stylist explained that I looked too young for blending. I mentioned to her my concerns about brassy hair and highlighting over a base color, as I have been getting my hair done for a very long time and spending a significant amount of money. I booked TWO consultations before my appointment so that I could get my hair exactly right. I came into the salon with extremely dark brown hair (almost black), and wanted to go platinum blonde. I expected a high price and a few appointments to achieve this look, and at my consultations I was told it would take about 2-3 appointments each costing anywhere from $300-$350. When you first walk in you see a salon with an identity crisis. The front desk to check in is in the back after a little knick knack/clothing shopping area. After walking around in a tour you can see small details hadn't been taken care of (ie dusting high areas so I don't have dust coming off of the corners of the wall or off picture frames with the air coming from the air vent into the air that I was breathing, or the water stains notable on the ceiling panels).

I am a regular customer of salon 01 and I don't have enough amazing things to say about it! I feel spoiled from the second I walk in. I went for the first time about a year ago, and I was a complete mess. My hair had seen years of box dye and my eyebrows lost way too many battles to my tweezers. She said that she did not know if she could cut my hair and color the same day. She spent over ten minutes discussing her time

About three years ago I came here to get my hair cut and colored (my hair was very dark brown and I wanted to go back to blonde so I asked for an ombré). My first mistake was going to new talent...
