Terrible service. They were seldom in office, left several messages on cell phones. No one wanted to show a listing unless it was theirs personally. They kept wanting me to talk to a different agent every time I called. Many times I was told they were out fishing/hunting and they didn't know when they would be back. I started out looking a property but through another very helpful agent with a different company, I ended up with much larger purchase than I'd originally planned. Pitts lost out on a large sale because they didn't take time for any customer service. I'd NEVER
