In 1948 Lionel Frederickson started Fredericksen Printery in Glencoe, MN. It was located at the present 1st Minnesota Bank Parking Lot. It was later sold to Lew Kill and the name was changed to Franklin Printing Co. Bill and Linda Curtis bought the company in 1967. In 1981 it was moved to 712 10th Street East.
