Ryan Miller was born and raised in Sugar Land, Texas. After high school, Ryan decided to get into the fitness industry, where he worked as a Personal Fitness Trainer at 24 hour fitness through his college years. At 22, he opened his first fitness franchise right outside Lafayette, Louisiana. The business was a smash hit.
He established a popular business in the small community and was a huge community advocate where he put on a lot of community events. After establishing his first location, he decided to move back home to Texas. He opened up his 2nd location on the southwest side of Houston. After a decade in the fitness industry, he decided to get into real estate.

Amazing Customer Service and craftsmanship provided by MVI Construction. This was our third contractor to inquire about remodeling our master bathroom. I was referred to Ryan & MVI Construction after a service tech put a foot through my ceiling. He responded promptly to create an estimate I could submit to the Claims department, and was an active part of the conversation with the company to get the paperwork cleared. The work was completed promptly and to high standards. I definitely plan to continue working with MVI Construction on future projects around the house!

Ryan at MVI assigned Cole to oversee our kitchen flooring job. Troy Richardson was responsible for the flooring installation and performed a magnificent job on the very difficult travertine tiles we were having installed. Troy when above and beyond with the installation and worked many hours more than what was originally expected since our kitchen floor had irregularities that had to be filled in and leveled. Troy also made sure the tile enhancer and sealer was applied properly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend this crew for any tile flooring/reflooring project.

MVI was great! Quick response on coming out and giving a quote and genuinely honest and worked with what we needed and budget. Ryan was friendly and easy to work with. Thank you for getting our patio taken down so quickly so the kids could be outside safely and getting our new, much sturdier one up! Highly recommend!
