From the moment i walked into the office i was greeted with wonderful hospitality. The receptionists Angelica and Laura were very welcoming and my dentist Dr. Pole was terrific from start to finish. Her assistant Jhoslyn really made my time here enjoyable and Carla was extremely helpful. Needless to say, i found my permanent dentist office. I highly recommend Bogota Dental Center

Best dentist I've ever gone to. Dr. Wong and Neli were the first team that worked on my root canal and they made me feel very comfortable with the entire process. I'm not good with needles and yet they made me relaxed about it. Dr. Wong never lied once about if I was gonna feel anything and is very informative about the procedure. Thanks to the entire team over at Bogota dental center. Excellent friendly people.

After visiting several dentists, I ended up coming back to Bogota Dental. My hygienist Anna R. was so thorough in explaining my x-rays and overall situation regarding my teeth. It’s good to know how to avoid gum disease which I had no idea how common could be. I originally changed dentists because of a change in insurance, but the work they do here is quality. Great service, great communication. Highly recommended.

This place is fantastic and full of incredibly nice and competent people. Shay took my x-rays and pictures and she was so nice and tried to make me as comfortable as possible. Ana checked my gums and she was also nice and informative. Roxanne is so awesome and helpful and just a fantastic burst of warm energy. Dr. Wong took her time, answered all my questions very thoroughly and was extremely nice. Overall, this experience was wonderful and I will continue coming here for as long as possible.

Excellent dental office! I've been going there for five years. The office is modern and clean. They have a lot of cool equipment like 3D MRI, the device that makes crowns and others. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I usually see Dr Pole. She is one of the best dentist! Super professional, explains everything in details, will not push treatments that are not necessary like some other dentists do, makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. I'm very happy to find it.

I finally found the dentist office I look forward to going to! Dr. Wong and the dental assistant Roxanne maybe feel comfortable and relaxed during this visit. In the past, for the most part The doctor-patient relationships I’ve experienced at other places have been curt to say the least but to my pleasant surprise, I was well informed and was never left unattended for more than a minute or so. I have been a patient of Bogota Dental for about 20 years. My husband, children and parents have all been patients of the practice. Dr. Sherzoy is simply put, the best!
The practice is so up to date and they deliver the most excellent care . They do this all while still maintaining a warm and caring feel.
My husband and I had dental implants over the last couple of years and they are perfect. We now go to the Totowa office .
Also a shout out to Michele my hygienist who is a perfectionist with our cleanings and Angela the office manager who is always a pleasure to work with!

Made an appointment for cleaning. When I went first they didn't even clean my teeth. They first Xray and had dr pole look at my teeth. They should made this clear when I made the appointment. When I went for cleaning they chipped my tooth while cleaning. Good thing I check my teeth after. They didn't even tell me they chipped my tooth and wanted to go home like nothing happened. Now my mom went there with pain in her back teeth. They did a root canal. She is still having pain and we went for a second opinion. The new dentist said they should never do a root canal on a wisdom

The absolute worst dental practice I've ever been too. Was quoted to pay $75.00 for cement in a crown which just fell out. When Dr. Sherzoy examined said tooth broke off at gum line and ordered an xray. After looking at xray he said nerve was OK. Proceeded to tell me I needed a post and crown, at which point I told him my regular dentist wasn't available today and I just wanted it cemented in temporarily. He said couldn't be done. Conversation ended abruptly.

I went to Bogota Dental for a couple of years. Very friendly and clean. I had many visits and many comebacks for work that was not correct. I spent many hours and thousands dollars at this office. Today all the post and crown work has broken or fallen out. The only thing that is left in my mouth are two partial dentures. I am sorry I ever went there now that I have had to have thousands of dollars worth of dental work replaced.

I went into the office on 3/22 which I didn't intend to but being it was so close to my employment and I was in severe pain I went.....After having x-rays and being examined it was determined I needed a root canal and *9* fillings...something didn't feel right so I decided to get my x-rays and get not 1 but 2 other opinions....1st off when asking for my x-rays the receptionist started asking me what I plan on doing with them and why am I in a rush to get them? I made my appointment for my cleaning, so I decided to check in with Yelp so I can get $25 off. Yay! However I was a little confused about the reviews I had read because my family & I have been coming to this office for about 6 years & have always left happy. Considering it is a dentist office. The facility is super clean & modern which is a must for the dentist. The doctors and staff are very friendly & knowledgeable. Dr. Sherzoy placed my two implants which I forget I even have sometimes and both female dentists have always been super nice. The finance ladies are also very nice
