We had JoCo come out and redo our liner a couple of years ago and when we asked if we needed to repair the cracks in the pool, they told us no, not to worry about them. Our liner floated multiple times and when I would call and talk to them they would tell me it was because of the high water table. Because of the floating we had holes in this liner $6,000 we spent for this liner and to have them put it in, and it didn't last two years! I went with another company to fix the pool. They fixed the cracks and installed a sump pump, put in new steps and a new liner all for $3600 and it hasn't floated

Two strikes, and they won't get a third chance. The first call was to set up appointment to have new pool installed. Wasted all afternoon waiting for them and no one showed or called me. When I called the next day all I got was
"well his next available appointment is in three weeks". There was no explanation or apology given. Needless to say I didn't make another appointment.
The second strike was when I was referred to this business from the manufacturer of my automatic pool cover. At first the girl acted like she didn't even know what an automatic cover was. Then I was told that if they aren

Installed a liner with rocks behind it? Rocks was penetrating the liner before I ever got to swim in it. After not returning my call to discuss fixing or returning to see the damage I threatened to hire another company to fix and take to court. I finally received a call back 10 minutes later with the owner screaming at me. I am out 2k after dealing with Jo-Co beware.

Our pool became subject to a flash flood last week near Herrin, Illinois. While we tried to get the mud and gunk out of the bottom of our pool, we were ill equipped to get all of it out. At the end of our limitations, I called Jo Co. The woman who answered the phone at Jo Co listened to our problem and responded with the most caring and sincere manner - she impressed me with her sincerity. She assured me they would do all they could do to help us out. The next day, Stephen C. from Jo Co drove to our home and did absolute magic and restored our pool.
