If your pet appears to be ill, or is not acting like his or her self, we highly encourage you to schedule a visit as soon as possible. This way, we can make a diagnosis sooner and begin treatment immediately. First, one of our veterinarians will perform a physical examination. Additional diagnostic tests may be necessary to make a complete and accurate diagnosis.

I have 3 mini Dachsunds pups who all get their vet care and boarding at SAH. Dr. Matt is so knowledgeable, caring and professional. The staff in the hospital and the kennel are all great, caring people who love the animals they care for and are very compassionate. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My 8 yo Beagle Copper went in for an appointment to get evaluated for an upcoming teeth cleaning and to get a couple of fatty lumps removed. The vet found he had a tumor developing on the inside of his leg that is so small I never even felt or saw it. Thankful they are so thorough and care about my baby. He is now going in this week for a teeth cleaning and getting the tumor and lumps removed.

Everyone here is really friendly and knowledgeable. My dog loves people but is very dog reactive and they accommodated that by having me bring her into her exam room through a side door as to avoid any potential dogs in the waiting room. They even took my payment right in the room as well. They are very gentle with all my pets which really helped ease their anxiety (the treats helped too ). I also really appreciate that they allow owners to come in to the appt with our pets with all the covid stuff going on. Great place!

Best veterinarian around. Our little Milo had cancer and they saw him monthly to keep up on the progress of the growing cancer. He lasted way longer then anyone ever expected. When it was his time they did it with dignity and compassion. Dr. Michelle was great as were the whole staff. He was calm the whole time. The room was nice and calming also. Glad we have always taken our dogs there. Milo was our 3rd dog that we have had and superior animal hospital and suites was the best. Thanks much to the whole staff

My experiences at Superior Animal Hospital have varied, but most recently have been excellent. I’ve scored this review based on my most recent experiences. At my last visit, I saw Dr. Bob. He was thorough, caring, explained his thought process, identified diagnostic criteria, and really searched for answers for what was going on with Ollie, my cat. He also followed up promptly on lab work that was done and to see how Ollie was doing since seen in the clinic, and gave me ideas where we could next look for answers. I really appreciated this attention to my pet’s well being, and it gave me confidence

Truth be told their services seem somewhat expensive, but the staff and facility really make you feel like you're getting what you pay for. The place is very clean and well maintained. The staff all seem very friendly and knowledgeable. The whole experience makes me feel comfortable that our fur babies are in the right hands when we take them here.

Just took my cat to this vet for the first time and they took great measures to make sure he was safe and made him as comfortable as he could be during his exam. The price was also reasonable, the entire visit was $179 with two vaccinations, getting a microchip, a general exam and a bag of prescription dry food (which is $30).
Their reception area and exam rooms are also very clean and have a lot of helpful information all around. All the staff I interacted with, from the receptionist, vet tech and veterinarian, were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!

I’d give them 10 stars if I could. I’ve been a client since 2009! I’ve never been turned away, had a bad experience, or felt the need to find a new veterinarian.
Dr. Bob will be performing a leg amputation on my sweet kitty tomorrow, and I know she’s in the best possible hands. She was missing for two weeks. They squeezed her in within hours of… her returning home badly injured and were also able to schedule the surgery the same week!
They’re even great with my exotics and teeny dogs (my yorkie maxed out at 2.5lb)
HIGHLY recommend all the staff at Superior Animal

All my life I've had multiple pets, but it took until this year to learn of the best clinic ever. Several pet emergencies happened, and this clinic showed their concern as well as their strengths. Every single person we and our pets came in contact with were kind, helpful and caring. I cannot say enough of their tremendous care and attitudes. I'll never go to another clinic. Try them- you'll soon feel the same way-

We are newer clients of Superior Animal Hospital, and I wish we would have found them sooner. We usually see Dr. Matt, but recently we saw Dr. Michelle. Everyone at this facility has been amazing, very kind,… courteous and compassionate and the doctors are very thorough. Our geriatric dog, has needed quite a bit of services in the last year and I am grateful to have this staff on his side. Super Why (our dog) definitely enjoys going to the doctor. Thank you to the staff who have helped us through some rough times!!!

They communicated well when I had to drop off my sick cat. They were very kind and got back to us with every new lab/xray result before moving forward with anything else. We were able to come up with a treatment plan over the phone and the tech explained the doses of the meds and how often to give them when she brought Lucy back out to us.

I called every clinic in the area for an appointment. SAH fit us in! Amazing care and compassion for our geriatric Chi in need of supportive care. You would have thought Dr Betsy had known our girl forever. She spent much time on the phone with me making sure I was supported and good with agreed upon care at home. Creative and caring people! We will be back. Thank you SAH and Dr Betsy and of course Dr Bob needs a shout out as well!

These guys are the absolute best! I can’t say enough about how they handled our medical emergency with our 2 year old Rottweiler. Dr. Bob and staff go above and beyond to make sure that your animal companion is well cared for and gets the attention they deserve. We will never take our pets anywhere else!

Highly highly recommend if you have a nervous/shy dog. One of my Aussies is very shy and I was a bit worried about leaving him alone during the vet visit (due to COVID precautions, you stay in your car while your pets receive their care inside) but he did great! Staff are very very helpful and are willing to answer any questions you have. Also, the reminders you receive in the mail for upcoming appointments are super helpful!
