I was on a long trip from home in my classic car when my rear brakes locked up. I barely made it into the parking lot. The shop was slammed and short a mechanic, so I asked if I could borrow some tools. He let me borrow some tools so I could block off my rear brakes and finish the last leg of my trip. If not for the shop willing to help guide me and let me borrow the tools when they had so many customers ahead of me, I would have been stuck there for who knows how long. He even gave me extra brake fluid for the rest of the trip. I tried to pay him for letting me use his tools and distracting him
