Wonderful, family owned business with beautiful pieces. Have been going here for years, since we purchased our wedding rings here in late 90's. The best place to get your child's ears pieced, as well.

The best jeweler in the SD area! My husband originally visted this jeweler to have a family diamond put in an engagement ring setting, and they did a beautiful job. We went on to purchase both of our wedding bands here. We were happy with the pricing and every staff member is so kind, patient, and helpful.
We have since moved to a different state, and we had an issue with my husband's wedding band. From a distance, Chelsea helped us through the warranty process, and sent us clear instructions in order to replace my husband's ring.

Dropped off a Silver Dollar that I inherited that the family had made into a Keychain. Wanted to see if I needed to get it appraisal.
What a wonderful surprise when Bill Collins the owner called me. He is the "guru" of the coins and was happy to help me out.
He explained to me that the coin didn't have much value, but my family had spent about $150.00 in silver to make it into a Keychain. I laughed and stated "yes that sounds like my family, I personally just would of taken just the coin".

My experience at Collins Family Jewelers was exceptional! Delaney was a delight to work with and was so patient. I chose to get the service of adding beads to the inside of my ring since my knuckle is bigger than my finger which had caused my ring to slide around. Delaney answered all of my questions and helped me figure out the best way to adjust my wedding band to have my vision come to life. She also assisted me in choosing a wedding band for my fiancé. Great service all around and I am looking forward to picking up the rings when they are ready!

My mom started going here over 15 years ago for multiple repairs and told me about how good she's been treated so I came here to start a fix on my family heirloom engagement ring and it's literally one of my favorite places for jewelry! Such kind and sweet people who definitely know how to make you sparkle and feel like family. Wonderful customer service and I couldn't be happier with my set!

Outstanding family jewelry business for retail purchases, repairs and estimates. High end quality at a very reasonable price.
They are open on Saturdays but closed on Sundays and Mondays. There is currently in store shopping. Masks are required.

I always love the experience of shopping at this wonderful multigenerational family business. The staff are knowledgeable and they are flexible with what works best for you. I highly recommend this be the place you give your business, as it's the place my mom, my sister's, and I go for our jewelry needs. I also use them for cleaning my watch and band and changing our watch batteries. I hope they will be here for years to come!

OMG this place!! Simply the best customer service ever!! I first came to have my wedding ring fixed and felt like I was their number one customer! Because it’s family run, it has a very home-feel and comfortable ambiance. I felt very safe leaving my most prized possession with them to be repaired. I had to go back about 6 months after the first repair because ring was starting to break again. I was a little annoyed because it should have been down right the first time but the welcoming greeting and the fact they genuinely remembered me was great. We came for our 6month olds ear piercing. The owner knows his stuff, he made us very comfortable and explained the entire process and the care instructions after the piercing. 45$ for the entire process. We took an appointment before we went.. I would recommend this to everyone. I am glad I went to them.
