I HIGHLY ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO EVEN CONSIDER PICKING UP THE PHONE AN DO ANY SORT OF BUSINESS WITH THIS FIRM or anyone involved AT ALL!
I sought out this acct. firm once business were opening up during covid upon my former acct of 7 yrs retired.
Upon meeting Jack for a consult he was more than happy to oblige , I'm a stickler for getting things done the more and more I visited his firm to confirm or catch up just to get things rolling it became bizarre .
I would ask him if he recieved my emails and instead of looking at his computer he would go and look at his phone . I found this peculiarly

My husband and I have been Jack's clients for a few years, and I can't say enough good things about his practice. Each year Jack makes time for us, never looks at his watch, and answers all of our (admittedly mundane) questions. He never makes us feel as if we are wasting his time, and in fact he explains things to us in detail to make sure that we understand. I was refereed to them by a friend and schedule an appointment to do my person taxes last year. The charged me almost $400 even after referring a few clients to them.
