Services
Our office at New Life Chiropractic, we believe in a personal approach to chiropractic care, rather than a one-for-all care and treatment plan. Patients are treated in one of three private adjusting rooms and the average treatment session lasts approximately 20 minutes. This provides Dr. Upton the opportunity to listen to each patient, assess their condition, and provide the chiropractic care required to address their particular needs.
Then, we will review this information during a health consultation prior to your new patient examination. Depending on your health information and needs, your examination will determine the appropriate course of care by Dr. Upton. Next, Dr. Upton will examine you, refer you for x-ray imaging if needed, provide chiropractic care, and may suggest therapeutic treatments.

Spinal Decompression is a painless, non-surgical procedure used to treat pinched nerves, bulged, herniated disc(s) and can help alleviate or manage pain for spinal stenosis. Spinal Decompression is a type of traction therapy applied to the spine (cervical or lumbar) in an attempt to create a negative intradiscal pressure to promote retraction or repositioning of the herniated or bulging disc material.
Swedish-a gentle form of massage that uses long strokes, kneading, deep circular movements, vibration and tapping to relax and energize you. Therapeutic/Deep tissue-this technique uses slower, more-pressured strokes to target deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. It is commonly used to help with muscle damage from injuries.

I had my first visit at this chiropractor’s office on yesterday and I’ve never endured such a welcoming facility: from the front desk clerk, the nurse, and Dr. Upton. She, herself, was very informative and educational. They listened to all my troubled pain problems and I left there feeling like a complete new person. Fantastic place to get you fixed up! They have the latest plus all the regular tables an equipment to do the job. The biggest asset is the staff and good ole Dr Upton. They'll do it right and get you moving like you need to, should be! Checkout the massage work too, it's all good and helped me tremendously to get moving again.
