I had a very difficult case and came out winning. Patrick did a great job and his staff are very friendly, consistent, and always kept me on top of my case.
One of the things that I really liked about Patrick is that he does everything the right way witch kept my confidence high.
I cannot explain great of a lawyer he was for me and my situation. I believe if I had gone to someone else I would not be where I am. Of course every case is somewhat different but I would only recommend Patrick cook to anyone, including friends and family, for you legal representation.

Do not hire this attorney. He talks a big game but has very poor negotiating skills and will fold like a cheap suit just when you need him to fight for you, costing you thousands. He is easily intimidated by opposing counsel and uses appeasement tactics before even beginning negotiations, apparently thinking that randomly throwing your money at the opposition will somehow get them to back off. This, of course, backfires. When he does manage to eek out a deal (if you can call it that) his legal writing is so sloppy that it leaves plenty of holes for opposing counsel to exploit. I hired Attorney Cook to represent my son in a child custody case. This was not an easy case where it involved another state. We needed help asap, walked in his office Monday afternoon and had an emergency temporary order Tuesday. Every step of the way he was very easy to communicate with.
