Services
Pilates is a fitness based wellness system created in the early 20th century by German born Joseph Pilates. Pilates focuses mainly on strengthening the core abdominal muscles, hips, buttocks and thighs collectively called the "Powerhouse". We also combine breath, control of movement, precision and awareness to cultivate strength both physically and mentally.
For students that want more than a skills class once a week, we also have a Performance Track for adults and one for kids/youth. Additional classes are required as the performance track are the students that perform in demonstrations, main stage at the Bedell, Summer Arts Festival, parades, etc. Adults, talk with Lauren and parents with Mindy for kids/youth for more information on the program.

My girlfriend was in a head on collision on the highway and was almost killed. She spent 2 weeks in the hospital and then another 2 months in recovery. She had classes signed up for this location and paid in full. The owner was notified of the circumstance and only refunded my girlfriend a portion of the money. She was also not even empathetic of the situation. No "I'm sorry to hear about that," nothing. Rude, inconsiderate, and very distant. My girlfriend was also evaluated for the classes and this place put her in level one classes even after she had over 6 months to a year of training elsewhere
