Love Kelly and her team! Couldn’t ask for a better group of people to take care of you. Everyone is always so helpful, especially Alex, who I always work with. I have worked mostly with Colleen Roberts, but I am certain that the rest of the staff are just as helpful and quick to respond to my questions. If I email or call, I receive a reply within 24 hours with the information I need. Colleen has reached out to remind me about paperwork needed (like report cards for good student discount) as well as informing me of changes in premiums. We have hit deer, broken down, had accidents and purchased cars. All events have been handled well and with compassion. I appreciate the first question being "Was anybody hurt?" It can be tempting to switch to an insurance

I locked my keys in my car in Appleton and I called State Farm and spoke with Colleen. She not only told me how I was covered, she called numbers and transferred them to my phone. All I had to do was sit and wait. Which was perfect because it was 90 degrees. She made a stressful situation a smooth transaction. I have been with this company since I was 16. They have always taken very good care of my family.
