Whether you're an active athlete needing help with recovery, busy mom, or have a full-time desk job causing a tense neck and shoulders, bodywork is for you. This applies to any type of massage! We pride ourselves as tenured, high-quality bodyworkers and we will use what you need according to your preference and body needs.
With this facial, you will experience all natural, organic ingredients mixed with the purest essential oils, as well as neck/shoulder or hand massage. In this facial, we make all the products in-house. From our foaming cleanser down to the toner, everything is made with organic ingredients and Young Living essential oils.
Supports the body in the removal of heavy metals, free radicals and other toxins to help improve your body's overall function. If you are looking for a way to burn calories, detox and relax, look no further! Infrared saunas are a type of sauna that uses heat and light to help relax and detoxify the body.
Naps are proven to help reduce sleep deprivation, improve performance and increase alertness. Our nap sessions include a relaxing, private space with memory foam mattress, noise-canceling headphones with your choice of nature or calming music and an optional weighted blanket. At the end of your session, a staff member will gently wake you.

Love love love this place! The custom massage consisted of a variety of techniques from hot towels to hot stones to essential oils, you name it! Also, the tables were extremely comfortable and warm. Highly recommend, especially for prenatal! The customer service is also exceptional, cannot say enough great things!

Celebrated a bride here with a girl’s spa day and it was INCREDIBLE. Beautiful, serene, and clean facility with great service choices. Wendy and Desarae are so good at what they do. My stretch session was relaxing yet beneficial and all of the other bridesmaids loved their massages and facials. So easy to communicate with Wendy and very reasonable prices for the quality. Will definitely be back.
