Aloha Chem Dry came to clean my living room carpet and a spot in my kids' room. Dwight, the owner, was responsive and informative. He gave an accurate over-the-phone quote with the information I gave him. He told me that when he arrives, that number could of course change. He and his gang came and did an AMAZING job! Upon completion, he asked me to come out and asked me how it felt. The carpet (which is I'm not even sure how many years old) feels fluffy and like-new! It looks AMAZING! I wish I had a before picture to post. But for sure it wasn't fluffy. I will be definitely calling

I can’t say enough about Dwight and his team. They are AMAZING! They are more than just professional. They were kind, friendly and so nice to my elderly parents. My living room carpet is light creme color and I knocked over a full cup of espresso on the floor! The coffee stained the carpet and Aloha Chem Dry was able to spot treat it for an extra $60. I haven’t cleaned my carpet in years and finally decided to look for someone to come and clean it. It had a lot of dirt build up and I got tired of trying to spot clean it on my own. Thank God for the good reviews that were posted about Dwight’s work. I decided to try Aloha Chem Dry and I was more than pleased about the great job he did. My carpet feels so clean and it looks brand new and restored to almost mint condition. Awesome job, Dwight!!! You were on time, fast and very efficient. Thank you very much!

First time using their services. The technician, Steven, was very friendly, helpful & awesome at his job. We are extremely pleased with the results of cleaning our dual recliner as well as our 8x10 area rug & matching door mat. Prices are very reasonable. We would definitely use them again in the future.

Eh. We needed a carpet cleaning service for our apartment because we are leaving and they require us to have it professionally done. Called and our estimated quote was $165 for 2 rooms. The guy came a few days after on time I must add and looked at both rooms and changed the quote to $200 ??? That's with the military discount. The guy on the phone said $165 so I was pretty annoyed and disappointed that it wasn't what the guy on the phone said. Mind you when we called they never said anything about it costing more for room size so yeah. Nice guy, did a good job but I felt like $200 was

Dwight was awesome! I had some very bad stains in my carpet from months of my dogs peeing and it smelt so bad and we had thought about just pulling out the carpet and starting over. We decided to try and get it cleaned through Aloha Chem and oh my goodness, all the deep very bad stains came out!! It was like a new carpet! Was definitely worth it! I'd definitely recommend Aloha Chem!

Making an appoint was easy. I specifically stated I wanted: 1 bedroom, hallway & stairs done. I gave my name, contact number and address. I tried to give a disclaimer about my location since GPS and maps don't lead to my house, but I was rushed off the phone. That's ok, you're a business, you're busy.. I get it.
I was told they would be at my place 11:00 - 12:00. I received a call at 10:50am saying they were leaving town and would here in Kapolei in 20 minutes. No big deal. I got a call around 11:20am saying they are unable to find my house -- I knew this would happen.

Every time I try to call no one picks up and I can't leave a message or anything. It just goes to a beeping dial tone. Anyone else have this problem. As a first time customer I'm very deterred from trying to use them. Nothing's worst then when your trying to us a businesses services and can't even get someone on the phone!
