I have been going to Green Dental for a few years and find it to be an exemplary dental clinic all around! Sandy, who manages the office, is my hero and makes every visit welcoming, easy and a joy! Dr. Dalpizzol and Dr. Jung are super nice with great professional skill and knowledge. What I love is how the Doctors, Nurses and staff take the time to listen, explain and explore every option for every dental issue for their clients. I highly recommend Green Dental.

My experience with Green Dental was a wonderful experience. I don't usually leave a review but I was so impressed with the service and courtesy. I have been there several times and have been met with two different doctors from this office. Dr, D and Dr. Jung. They are very knowledgeable as well as gentle.

Got a coupon in the mail and decided to make an appointment as I don't have dental insurance. The day of my appointment the office lady texted me asking if I could change my appointment, I couldn't so kept my same appointment. I thought this was very unprofessional. I arrived and was the only one waiting. A lady was mopping, office lady on the phone with a private call sounded like. After they take me back and do XRs, the dentist came in and they discovered the machine wasn't working. The dental assistant was trying to get it to work meanwhile dropping all the equipment on the floor

Be very careful with this office. For starters, they promise a whitening kit if you are a new patient. They were conveniently "out" when I had my appointment. Almost a year, still waiting. Joyce, the office manager, is quite rude and argumentative. They double booked my appointment one Friday morning and were not able to see me, so I rescheduled. I tried to call to confirm the rescheduled appointment and the voice mailbox was full (as is the case most of the time). After calling eight times throughout that week to confirm, I got in touch with someone who had no record of a booked appointment

Be very careful with this dental office. On my last date of service which lasted no longer than 30 minutes for a general checkup and cleaning, my insurance company was billed over $2,000 maxing out my coverage. Apparently they gave me 8 fillings on top of my general cleaning and checkup, which I did not receive. The matter is currently being investigated with CIGNA. I've had several billing issues with them on two previous visits. I'm just advising each of you to be careful since many dental offices engage in deceptive insurance practices and I have a strong feeling this is one of

I recommend Green Dental to anyone that appreciates amazing dental work, not only do they specialize in cosmetic dentistry but also in oral surgery and teeth whitening. I must tell you that I was a little scared of going to the dentist but I knew that I wanted a beautiful smile. The staff and doctors at Green Dental made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The girls in the office are very friendly and knowledgeable about every procedure and also how my insurance works. I've recommended this office to all my friends and I'm very happy with my results.

About my visit : Had to take an emergency appointment to get fillings done.
Pros:
* Got an appointment for the same day.
* Very nice receptionist and staff.
* Honest opinions and diagnosis.
I ended up not doing the procedure as it required a lengthy sitting and was diagnosed more seriously than I had anticipated. I got a second opinion and it was exactly the same.
If needed, I will come here again.

I agree 100% with Xinjie on this practice for milking you and the system, but also my horrible and painful experience bleaching my teeth. I have lived in many cities mostly East Coast but no one's ever given me that much pain. The big problem is that the doctor (forgot the name but some korean sounding name) does not communicate well and I often encountered some unpredictable action without really preparing for that. If you still want to try go ahead and a big nasty surprise awaits you.
