I can’t thank Cregger Construction , Inc. enough for the great work they did installing a railing where there previously was none. They immediately reached out to setup a visit to go over options, within a day we had a proposal and installation took place a few weeks later. Jerry, the installer, was very professional, as were Rick, Lisa, Steve and Cindy. We are beyond pleased with our new railing, thank you!

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. I am not sure what happened to this company but the management and sales team are horrible.
I will start from the beginning. I had a full bannister installed in 2017 with no issues. I even referred two of my neighbors who had new bannisters installed their homes. Recently I decided to modify/upgrade my bannister by adding an additional railing. On July 12, 2021, James (Salesman) came to my residence to review/discuss what I wanted as a project and assured me it could be completed. I did not actually receive the cost estimate until August 18, 2021. The estimate
