A nice local business that takes pride in its service. I took a watch in for resizing that another jeweler (in ralphs center) said couldn't be done. I had just paid a couple hundred dollars to repair another piece at that same store and he couldn't size a watch? I thought that was odd so I went to highlands and it was no problem. It did take a little time but he did it the same day for me. He has fixed other items for me over the years. I got swayed by the fancy jewelry store thinking they would all be close to price but that is not the case. Victor could put a little effort into

Overall I had a first class experience at Highlands Jewelers. I met Victor for the first time and told him about an idea that I had for a gold pinky ring with black onyx. We went through countless examples in catalogs and could not come up with the right ring for me. Therefore, he suggested designing a ring with exactly everything that I wanted specifications wise and personalized. He walked me through the whole process. It was well worth the wait. Extremely condescending and disrespectful. I went in to ask for help since I do not come from this industry but the owner basically made fun of me for not being “smart”. He must have been embarrassed when he guessed the wrong cut of a diamond in a picture. Other than a bad experience, this place might only be good for repairs if your desperate. Their “custom” jewelry has the same designs as Costco which started 38 years ago. Look it up.

I needed to resize a very special family ring custom made in Ireland, and was worried the resizing might diminish the original designs made in the soft silver and gold. Highland Jewelers took the time to hear my concerns and the jeweler himself came to look at my ring and assure me he could resize it while maintaining the integrity of the design. I'm so grateful I found them - my ring came back fitting perfectly and looking exactly like it did before. Thank you!!

I had a cut ring that needed repair. The cuts were not neat, but Victor did a truly masterful job of repairing the ring. He walked me through what would be needed and set my expectations--and then exceeded them. Not only did he beat his time estimate, but the quality of work was fantastic. The pricing was also very reasonable given the hours of highly skilled work required. I highly recommend repairs by Victor--he is friendly, patient, understanding, and a truly skilled jeweler.

Very friendly staff with reasonable prices! No other places compared when it came to friendliness of staff and reasonable pricing. They went out of their way to find the exact style and size wedding band that I wanted to buy and even included engraving for free! I was so happy with Highlands Jewelers that I had my husband buy my wedding band here also. We absolutely love our wedding bands! High quality for reasonable pricing with great customer service!

We owe a huge amount of gratitude to VICTOR and the entire Highlands Jewelers for a recent custom project, which turned out INCREDIBLE!!
My wife's wedding and engagement rings were no longer fitting properly, and due to the unique design, they were un-sizeable. With just a few pictures and some ideas in our head, my wife and I were AMAZED with the beautiful work product the Victor produced for us.
Victor was in constant communication with ideas for the rings, and had CAD renderings prepared. Victor managed to use a majority of our original materials (gold, stones, etc.) which was extremely meaningful

In the last few months, I have brought in a few pieces of jewelry to be sized/repaired and have been so happy with the service. Recently, I took the chance to have a personalized necklace created by Victor himself. I had ideas beforehand and discussed it with him and he gave me his professional, insightful advice and guidance on what I had in mind. Needless to say, I am so happy with the outcome! I brought my 40 year old ring to be refinished and adjusted for my son. Victor did an amazing job! The ring looks brand new and beautiful. There is a quality Jeweler in Carmel Valley. I have been using Highland Jewelers for 30 years! The family owned business is user friendly and Victor is very creative . Victor has designed beautiful custom pieces for my friends and me. He also has a good selection of custom made items and ready to go rings, bracelets, necklaces and earrings.
He also does appraisals and repairs.

After recently purchasing a new designer watch elsewhere, I began my search for a jewelry store that I could trust with adjusting the watch band and removing some links. This is the place to visit folks! I called to inquire whether or not they could do it and they said sure, no appointment needed, and the price was a mere $15. I decided to head over during my lunch break and even though the plaza was busy, there was still parking. They did a great job removing the links and even though it was a bit tight they graciously added one link back in before I left. They had a nice selection of jewelry
