Jayson started working at Trail Creek Nursery the summer of 1990. He quickly discovered he had a love for plants and landscaping. In 2003 Jayson along with his brother Clint bought Trail Creek Nursery. Now Jayson helps in all divisions of the nursery. From growing and caring for plants, helping nursery sales, bidding landscape jobs, and helping the landscape division.
In his free time, he enjoys fly fishing, coaching football and supporting his children in their activities. Chantz has been at Trail Creek Nursery since 1999. He has a bachelor's of horticulture with an emphasis in design/build landscaping. He especially enjoys installing water features and diagnosing irrigation issues.

If I could give this a 0 stars, I would. Jason, who I have since learned is the owner, came out to look at my project more than 2 weeks ago. He does not return calls, EVER. The staff gave me his cell number, saying that they get complaints about this all the time, but he refuses to hire someone to help him. Honestly, this guy doesn't deserve anyone's business. Unbelievable. And, btw, I never do reviews on Yelp. This wasjust too disgusting.

Trail Creek nursery has been my go to nursery for 30 years now. I trust them. they have great prices, and they have a great selection. And many of the trees that they sell were raised in grown in Teton Valley Idaho. I've had great success with transplanting the small trees that I've bought from trail Creek nursery. I have planted hundreds of trees.

Positive: Punctuality
Excellent and attentive. I was carrying a heavy plant and and very nice older Hispanic man came trotting across the yard to bring me a wheelbarrow. Always have had a great experience there. I’ve found the staff to go out of their way to offer help, unlike another nursery nearby. Thank you for all of your advice and help!

Trail Creek Nursery is one of then worst businesses that my family has had the misfortune to deal with. In November, Trail Creek transplanted 5 large blue spruce trees on our property at around 5,000 cost. This year as a result of strong winds 4 of the trees began to tilt and the 5th one was blown over to a 45 degree angle. We tried to contact Trail Creek to fix the issue but none of our calls or emails were responded to. We have since learned that it is standard practice to stake trees that size after transplanting. Take your business elsewhere!

These folks have made an effort over the years to provide quality nursery plants cultured locally at this altitude & climate at reasonable prices. I've bought many of them, for a decade now, and pleased with the results. My only complaint is with their landscaping unit which gave me a very pricy quote for more services than I wanted, and refused either to negotiate any alternatives or to offer referral to someone who might. They didn't even return my call about it.
